My gf and i love icecream but it can be unhealthy so this thing makes healthier ice cream! Plus you can customize what you put in so you never get bored of different flavors

Great for protein ice cream recipes, loved it 100%

Great way to make frozen treats any time you want

I've had great success making various kinds of light frozen desserts with this. It has a fairly small footprint but is rather a tall machine. It's very loud, but holds steady on the counter while it works.

I had a Cuisinart previously -- loved it and used it frequently for 7 years -- then the motor went. I was looking into a replacement and thought I would spend the extra $150 on the Ninja. Well, after doing most the prep in my Ninja blender, freezing it for 24 hours, and the attching it to the Ninja Creami -- it just blended it or pulvarized it into a dipping dots powder. I tried multiple settings, adjusted my recipes (I make low sugar and full sugar bases, with/without eggs, etc -- all were creamy in my Cuisinart), and still couldn't get a creamy ice cream after 7-8 attempts. It literally turns on, "churns" for less than 5 minutes, and delivers a disappointing ice cream. Definitely not worth the $200 price point. Adding a few ice cubes to my Ninja blender with the base does a better job. Plus, you'd think they would have designed this machine to blend the ingredients, then you freeze it, and then slow churn, not blend churn, ice cream. In short, I am packing it back up and exchanging it for the $60 Cuisinart.

We live in a travel trailer most of the year and any camper knows that freezer space is usually an issue. The pint containers are the perfect size to be able to have 2 flavors so we can each enjoy a flavor/dessert that we enjoy. A half gallon container can't be split up so the containers can be placed pretty much any place in the freezer.
