Great when it works

Posted .Hi there, thank you for your review and feedback on the Ninja CREAMi. We're disappointed to hear that the blade assembly is dropping into the frozen dessert and that the outer bowl becomes stuck during processing. This is not the experience we want for our customers.

Haven't tried to make anything else, but for the reason why it was purchased, it works perfectly.

Quick and easy desserts

My mom and I have a great time coming up with new flavors to try, and it's so easy to use. We were able to get it it up and running immediately, and a day later made our first batch of ice cream

Amazing machine, a tad too loud.

It's well made but that's just like all the other Ninja products. One issue is that it takes 24 hours to prep the ice cream before you can eat it (I did not realize this but it's just changed the way I do it) One major thing, it's LOUD. It vibrates my counter and scares my pets some.
