Junk/cheap product.

Ice cream was good but most recipes could be recreated with a food processor or traditional blender.

Defective and part not covered under warranty.

I called Ninja after each time. Finally they said the cover must be defective and they would send a replacement. IT'S NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. THEY WANTED ME TO PAY FOR IT!!! A brand new machine. Piece of junk. Dont waist your two hundred dollars. Got a Quisinart ice cream, sorbet maker for under a hundred and makes ice cream in 20 minutes. Not 24 hours.

The machine is super noisy when it is chopping through the frozen ice cream base you make. Ingredients are expensive and it’s probably easier to just buy ready made cream at the grocery store.

Not as great as expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product is not as good as I thought it would be. It does its job. BUT, it’s not worth the money. You can not make ice cream when you want. You have to make sure to freeze the base for 24hrs. Stupid!!

Pretty solid!
