Would have been wonderful if I had the space. Very sad that I couldn’t keep it

The ice cream machine performs well; however, there is room for improvement in its serving capacity and container volume. It is expected to handle higher quantities with smoother operation to support increased demand efficiently. Enhancing the container size would allow for more servings to be processed at once, improving overall productivity and reducing refill frequency.

I like the ice cream machine. My wife also likes it as well.

As advertised, the ninja creami is great at producing certain types of ice treats but the timing and sounds it makes was too much for my household. If you’re okay with spinning, then respinning, just for you to do it again. Then this might be for you! For the price, it just doesn’t seem logical.

Basically, it is a glorified blender, specifically for ice cream. Everything usable comes apart and rinses off easily.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an unsatisfactory customer service experience that occurred on June 1, 2026, at your Brownsville, Texas location. During my visit, I attempted to address an issue with the acting manager, Josephine. Unfortunately, rather than assisting in resolving the matter, she refused to provide her name when initially requested and declined my request to speak with another manager. I was informed that my only option was to contact customer support. Following her instructions, I contacted customer support. However, I was then directed back to the store manager for assistance. This created a frustrating situation because the acting manager had refused to provide the store manager’s contact information or facilitate communication with another member of management. As a result, I was left without any meaningful avenue to resolve my concern, either through the store or through customer support. I find it troubling that a customer seeking assistance would be denied access to management and then directed through a process that ultimately led back to the same store without any resolution. Customers should be treated with professionalism, respect, and transparency, especially when they are attempting to address legitimate concerns. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that I be contacted regarding the outcome of the review. Additionally, I would appreciate clarification regarding the store’s management and escalation procedures to ensure that customers have access to appropriate assistance when issues arise. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and to a satisfactory resolution.

The ice cream maker was given as a gift. The reviews using itbhave been great, a very enjoyable gift.

Love it best thing i bought this year. Kids love it

Super easy to make recipes, and cheap to make ice cream that's better at the roadside stand. Im terrible at pouring a cone but that's OK. Freeze time of 24 hours is real or else soft serve comes out liquid. You can refreeze what you don't use. I'd suggest getting more points for different flavors in queue.
