We have very little counter space so a standard air fryer is not an option. We also have limited a/c and cannot use the oven when it is hot, so this is a perfect alternative.

Nice to have the multi-purpose pyrexes built right into the set-up. Learnings: make sure you get disposable liners - affordably available at certain online megastores (esp those named after rivers), sized perfectly to fit both bowls.
