It works fine. It's nice to see the food as it's cooking since it's all glads but the one downside is unless you thoroughly clean it every single time you're gonna see all the residue on the glass. Not visually pleasing.

Purchased this air fryer and we absolutely love it! It cooks great, it looks great and very easy to clean. Highly recommend it.

Probably one of the best air fryers I've used. Just wish the 4qt glass container was included. Cooking time is adjustable and cooks in less time than my other air fryers. Not to mention being more non-toxic than other brands, it's a winner

I previously purchased the smaller version of this air fryer. This version is larger and i am able to cook a whole chicken. I did, and it turned out beautifully. I LOVE tgis air fryer.

This air fryer lives up to its claim to cook food extra crispy. The only drawback is the availability of the 4 quart mid-size glass container. I used the 2.5 quart for wings and the drummettes are a bit too large to slide the container onto the cooking platform. If I use the 6 quart, the wings are too far from the cooking element to get maximum crispness. I tried to purchase the 4 quart container from Ninja but their website description was confusing. One description says it's compatible, while another says it is not. I called their customer service and even they couldn't tell if it was compatible. They advised against purchasing the one on the website unless i was 100% sure it was compatible. I didn't want to risk buying it and then not be able to return it.

Needed a new airfryer because the ones I had was broken. I gravitated to this one because it is glass so no forever-chemicals! and it's simple and easy to use.

My husband loves it so far. Easy to clean and work really well. Got it for Christmas and he’s using it for everything

Really like that it was glass! Replaced our traditional ninja air fryer! Like the diffrent sizes as well!!

I've been a fan of Ninja's kitchen products since the original Foodi and this Crispi Pro is their best air fryer to date. The glass containers make preparation and cleanup a snap, and the different sized containers included allow for a wide range of cooking, from full roasted chickens to a single serving of pizza rolls. I have used this every day since it became a part of my kitchen and can't imagine going back to a traditional air fryer!

Im so pleased with the ninja purchase I ordered through best buy. I was frantically trying to find it locally but no luck. I went into the store and the employees were helpful and I actually had it ordered through their system and delivered within 3 day's to my address. In my opinion the employees are great professional and with great customer service. I would recommend. I love my ninja products and would recommend buying one
