A very intuitively designed machine. Easy to clean & quickly brews the amount of coffee required. Was meant a gift for my coffee-loving wife, but now I use it almost as much as her.

I love this coffee pot! There is a great tutorial on youtube which sold me on buying this coffee pot. I owned the old model of this for a few years and even with constant cleaning our water ruined it so I will only use filtered water in this one. I love Ninja!

I purchased this coffee maker as a late Christmas present to myself. I waited to review it until I could test most if not all of the features. I have had this machine for nearly two months and have put it through its paces. I cannot recommend it enough! This coffee maker makes some of the best tasting coffee I have ever had from a drip maker, and it doesn't matter if you're using pods or your own grounds. Yesterday, I tried the iced coffee feature. The concentrate it makes over ice is fantastic! Sure, I could make double strength coffee and guess, but I won't miss having to do that math at all! If you want or need a coffee maker that makes both KCups and your own ground coffee, this one is definitely worth every penny.

Love this coffee maker. Also makes cold coffee as well. This has lasted me longer than any other coffee maker. Would definitely buy again if I need to replace. This also has a self cleaner and informs you when its time for a cleaning.

This is actually the best coffee maker I have ever had. Even though I bought this a couple of years ago, and through heavy use, it is still working, unlike some other coffee makers I have owned that only lasted about a year.

Best of both worlds! Pot and individual pods! Easy to use. Works fast, Makes great hot coffee. Have not tried to make anything else. Was waiting for this to come along and Ninja came through again!

I love almost everything about this coffee maker. Makes a great pot of coffee or a single cup. Easy to use and the delay brewing feature is handy. I deducted a star because the coffee just doesn’t get hot enough to my liking like others have mention. If this had temperature control it would be perfect.

Great brewing machine. TONS of options in a perfectly compact machine. Its foot print is smaller than the standard Kurieg machine and with many different brewing option.s

Wonderful coffee maker. Makes very strong coffee, very quickly. With the K-Cup option, we've used both single brew and full carafe brews multiple times. The Ninja is used daily. I'll never go back to the overpriced Kuer*)()& machines again. My only complaint is the lack of metal filter. We've used a metal filter for >20 years, and you can only buy a metal filter through Ninja that actually fits the machine. #4 off brand metal filters don't fit, so we are forced to use paper filters.

Love this coffee maker! Looks very sleek and modern, very quiet, and the coffee tastes great. It also heats up quickly and has a display to let you know just how much time is left before it is done.

I bought this coffee maker for Christmas for myself. I use Keurig pods. I love this product and it was half off for the holiday. The only problem is that I get steam coming out of the top while making the coffee. I checked everting and figured out that different pods causes this. It’s not a big deal, so I can live with it.

This is a great coffee maker. Highly recommend. Easy to use after reading the instructions. Make sure to calibrate for high altitude as stated in the instructions. Makes a great cup of coffee.

Have not had long. Overall no significant complaints. It doesn't take up much room which is nice. If you use it as your primary machine you will be filling reservoir often. Good fir our 2 people household.

Versatile size options. Brews fast. Easy to set time and easy to program for hot coffee at 6:01 am. Small footprint for limited counter-space.

I was very skeptical about making this purchase. However, I’m glad I did. This has been the best coffee maker I’ve owned. Several options, brews quickly and doesn’t take up much room.

Easy setup for k-cups or carafe brewing. Large water reservoir. Brews great coffee quickly. Hoping it lasts longer than previous single serve coffee brewers.
