I bought this as a replacement for out Keurig Cafe. I love this Ninja coffee maker. It’s very diverse and we enjoy a lot of different coffee drinks. My only complaint so far is that the warmer doesn’t ’t stay on for small pots of coffee.

My gf works from home so she uses this every morning, and she absolutely loves it. And I use it on the weekends I love the option of having hot or iced. Would recommend.

Definitely the best coffee maker that we’ve owned. Easy to use and the coffee flavor is better than going to DD or Sbucks. Warning, do not set your expectations to high using the k-cup feature. I didn’t because of other reviews. You WILL get grounds in your coffee. We opt to use a regular coffee filter, cut the top foil off of our k-cup pod and make coffee using the single mug feature or use 2 k-cups for the extra tall ice brew. Perfect coffee using every feature.

this machine is everything i wished for. i ve had the single serve ninja pro bar for past several years and it s been great but i finally got tired of making individual servings at the time for me and my this is great machine for two reasons. one is that i can choose between carafe or single serving and two i can choose between ground beans and k cups. i absolutely didn't want a machine only with k cups as i think of all the waste with the plastic cups. the only thing that is lil bit crappy is when using the k cups it gets very messy when it s brewing. it spurts at high speed and just splashes all over even when having the mug on the little pedistul

Love Ninja products but have used Keurig for several years. Loved the convenience of Keurig but never felt like the coffee was fantastic and many a mornings I found myself stopping for coffee on the way to work. After reading reviews I decided to give this a try. Best coffee at home in years! No more weak coffee that tasted “off.” The drip taste best but even the pods in this machine taste 100% better.

Bought this machine and for a long time it was the best coffee maker I’d ever had. Just under a month shy of it working great for two years, it stopped brewing the full amount. No matter how much cleaning or descaling I tried, it wouldn’t work right. Luckily I bought the Geek Squad Replacement Plan for it and was able to bring it in and get a functional coffee maker, and NOT another Ninja brand.
