I love this coffee pot. It's easy to use k cups as well as the catafe.

For a reasonable price, you get 4 ways to make coffee. You can have the classic roast, the rich flavor, or you can choose the Iced Coffee option. This can all be done with your regular coffee pot. Another amazing feature, for those of you who like Kuerig K-Cups. You have that option too. I absolutely love it!

Great for having easy access to a warm hot cup of coffee every time you need one. I keep mine in my room. It’s pretty compact and convenient too. I’m in college right now and I like the fact that it has a reservoir, allowing me to have access to a hot cup of coffee every time I need one. It has a digital display that’s easy to understand and supports K-cup as well.

Hands down best coffee machine I’ve ever owned. I love it!

So far the coffee maker has been good. One drawback is that you can not pour a cup of coffee until the brew is completed.

Coffee maker functions fine but has several engineering flaws. You cannot make a full pot of coffee when using a paper filter. The water from the coffee maker runs into the filter faster than the water can drain out of the filter into the coffee pot, which results in the filter filling with water and grounds going over the top of the filter, and then running down between the filter and coffee basket, and into the pot. Solution for me was buying a metal filter, if you don't mind the coffee sediment in your coffee, or making smaller pots of coffee Also while their instructions don't say it, if you make a K cup, you need to put a paper filter in the coffee basket, otherwise all the grounds from the K cup container will end up in your coffee cup.

If you like to use your own ground coffee for single serve, this may not be the model for you. The kcup adapter will not allow you to use your own filter pod due to how the needles are arranged. (only plastic kcups). Way around it is to use #2 size filters. Other than that coffee tastes great and very easy to operate.

I wake up to the smell of coffee. You know your getting old when you go to Best Buy and come out with a coffee maker. I love it, make real good coffee I don’t use k cups any more just buy #4 filters you can make any size cup of coffee or carafe. You won’t regret it

I really like this dual coffee brewer! I can brew just one serving with a K-cup or pull that attachment out, put a filter in the basket and brew a pot in the carafe that’s included. So far it has worked very well. The single-cup brewing process is extremely fast, and the coffee is hot and good.

Love the look of it! The size is small enough to go on a kitchen counter and not take up too much space. It has two different settings---one cup or carafe. This is another plus. The only downside is the lid on the carafe. It doesn't fit well without constantly turning the lid to get it to lock into the closing knotch.

Compact and does the work. The quality of the product is great.
