    Replace two coffee pots with one. Things I like, water reservoir, two strengths for each brew size, warmer, pods or grounds, easy to clean. Don't like, have to buy a special reusable pod because it has three water sprays in the top instead of the one Keurig uses. Hoping it lasts a long time. Only purchased because it was reduced 50%.

    This is a really nice coffee maker. We especially like having the option of different brew strengths. The ice coffee feature delivers a very good cup of iced coffee. We have not made a full pot yet but we expect it will be as good as the k-cup performance. The only negative is that the instructions are not great and it took a while to figure out the assembly for the full pot feature.

    Died right after the year warranty, powers off trying to brew coffee. Cleaned, descaled, and still no solution, ninja wasn't able to help either, look for another brand.

    Did my research for a while before finally choosing this coffee maker. It’s amazing and it was a great choice! I love that I can brew a whole pot of iced coffee and also choose to make a single cup of hot. It has the classic touches of the old coffee pot but with amazing new technology!
