Best dual brew coffee maker on the market user friendly

This product works great for everything we use it for.

Love it my new coffee maker good taste easy to used

This brewer occupies less space than the Keurig that preceded it & takes the place of the automatic drip coffee maker, too. In a small kitchen, dual functionality is important. It's a little challenging to use the first time but not complicated after that.

Worked great for almost a year then stopped working.

Works great. I like the ability to use pods or basket brewing. Comes in very handy.

I only do reviews if a product is really good or really bad... and this coffee machine absolutely hits it out of the park. I highly recommend this, if you're on the fence about getting it... then consider this review a sign that you need to buy this.

I love this machine. The only thing is that the poking part of the k-cup is not as smoothly done, the three metals that pokes the k-cup is not as sharply pointed enough to make a smooth punch on the K-cup. Otherwise I would recommend this product

Works great for flexibility of having a pot of coffee in the morning and then kcups if you just want a single cup. Just be careful to not take the pod out of the adaptor too soon after brewing, the water is scalding hot and splashes back on you.

I like the size and capabilities of the coffee pot but it’s really loud and it uses paper filters (which I hadn’t realized before buying) there really is no reason any coffee pot should still be using paper filters (in my opinion) especially after the price of these things.

So far this is great. We had a Keurig Cafe before this. It got fries by a power surge. We loved it. It hurt to replace. We decided on this since it does both reg ground coffee and cups. After 1 week of using we have had no problems at all. If it disappoints we will update. I would recommend!

Not very convenient if you use both types daily. My girlfriend and I both drink coffee, she drinks regular coffee in the pot and I drink decaffeinated coffee in the k cup. It’s not very convenient switching out the k cup basket. It brews very quick.

Worked good for a while but it tends to get grounds in the coffee.

I don’t like that you can’t make a 12oz travel mug

Love Best Buy but don't love the Ninja Coffee Maker. The design makes it difficult to keep coffee hot and, for what it's worth the lid does not go on easily. It's too late to return it so I'll use it for pods until I can't deal with the hassle any longer.

After about 9 months this coffee maker began shutting off and restarting, the time would reset on it, brewing would stop. Wouldn't recommend.

Took a small time to get used to it after having a Keuriq but worth it

I don't like the fact that it's only 12 oz at a time you can make a pot haven't figured that out yet don't think I ever will not interested but in the morning almost instantaneous start and then I just do it again

This pot has replaced a 3 year old Keurig which failed. it's an excellent all around coffee maker. I bought for the flexibility of cup sizes and full pot. Quality is good and priced competitively. I doubt I'll go back to Keurig

Great product for anyone looking for their first coffee maker. Comes with different brew styles which comes with Ice Coffee, my favorite. Hot enough to enjoy your coffee throughout your day! Highly recommend
