Great product! Works great and brews good coffee fast

Purchased this unit to cut down on clutter on the kitchen counter. Having 1 machine that does both K-cup and full pots is nice. The switch over is easy once you do it. It doesn't take up a lot of room, it has a fairly small footprint and holds a decent amount of water. I have done any iced coffee yet.

I needed something to replace my previous coffee maker with. I wasn’t sure how I would like it having all the extra options however, I love the ability to have one cup of coffee when I want it and need it, and a pot of coffee for the weekends.

I've tried the pot as well as the K-cups. Both make a fantastic cup of coffee. I love that the water holder is on the side and removable for ease of cleaning and the measuring scoop conveniently tucked away on the side is a great idea.

I really do like this product, my only complaint is the carafe. The way the top goes on, it leaks on the side when you're pouring your coffee. Im not sure why it does this. But everything else is great. I love that you can convert to the K-cups. Overall a good product.

I have a few Shark/Ninja products and I am Very Happy with all of them. This one really surprised me, this is a great coffee maker. Love the single serve feature and the hot water feature. Definable recommend this.

We are very happy with our Ninja dual brew and are pleased with how quickly it brews. Also love the water reservoir! We had another brand of a dual brew but to use the k-cup we had to add water each cup at a time.

This is about Ninja DualBrew 12-cup Coffee Maker with K-cup compatibility. Overall it is a good and value coffee maker with dual brew feature that I like. The only complaint I have is coffee ground residues in single k-cup brew, but not all the time.

Had a side by side Keurig before this. Don't know what to do with the carafe when using the pod feature. Does make coffee quickly. Rich blend is a nice feature and provides a bolder tasting coffee.

This is our second Ninja Coffee Pot and we love both. They are very well made and look good on your counter to boot. This was also does k cups, which our old one didn't. Big plus!

This is a replacement for an older coffee maker that stopped working. I like that you can use Keurig pods and regular ground coffee. I’m happy with the way it works for me.

I used to have to alternate between both my Keurig and Ninja—now with my awesome Early Christmas gift to myself—I get the BEST of both worlds. No regrets about this purchase

I was looking to upgrade my coffee maker from a Keurig and this was exactly what I was looking for, you can either make a pot anywhere from a half to full pot, or you can use Keurig cups.

I love this! The only thing I wish that this had was a thermal carafe. The coffee does stay nice and warm on the keep warm setting, but not as hot as I would like it too.

This item is 100% better than any coffee maker ive owned and ive gone through quite a few. Ive had it for a month so far and im sad i didnt choose this one a long time ago

WHAT A BAD PRODUCT.. The coffee maker lasted 12 months.. IT seems that is all they are made to last.. I brew and the lights/control panel starts flickering and then shuts down.. It seems it get hot for a few seconds, starts brewing and shuts down after 1-2 ounces.. Look like it's a defective glitch.. I turn it back on, heats up, brews 1 oz, flickers and shuts down again.. WHAT A HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!!!

We absolutely love our Ninja - DualBrew Coffee maker. Did not get it necessarily for the K-cup feature but we have used it a lot and like it better each time!

Way too much hassle to change from drip to Kcups...retired it under a year

I was a die-hard Cuisinart customer, but I stumbled across the Ninja and I love it. The either-or of full carafe / single serve means it takes up less room on my counter and the brew is terrific.

It’s a great coffee maker. When using k-cups it’s splatters a bit so that is frustrating. I have been looking for the reusable filter and they are out of stock. No sign of when or if they will be restocked so buying filters is a must. I wished it had a temperature setting.
