As a total iced coffee snob, I LOVE this machine. Nothing but good things to say about it. Works exactly like it said it would. No complaints. I love it.

Not big coffee drinkers but the ability to utilize all the K-Cups we use on a regular basis for teas, hot coco it’s a must have even for the times when entertaining coffee drinkers too!

I love my Ninja coffee maker!! The display is lighted and large… a big plus for me. Coffee is perfectly brewed! I am so happy with my purchase.

I like this coffee maker. Only issue is if you want to use your own coffee grounds and not kcups you have to buy specialty pods but overall great

Love it!!!! As usual Ninja has made a great product. Love that it can make a single cup and make a pot. Alittle trickey to switch but still great.

This coffee pot is great as it provides the quantity of coffee I require, but can satisfy those picky coffee drinkers with just one K-cup.

No complaints here, totally like the machine. Love the convenience of having the best of both worlds, my K-Cups and drip brew for larger crowds.

Love the new set up. The full carafe brew is a great option. Started to gonthru the flavors now and its a great way to start the day.

The item is excellent. The documentation is a bit unclear on how to use it in the two different modes. I had to youtube it to figure that out. Item does what its intended to. Happy with the purchase.

The Ninja Dual Brew 12-Cup Coffee Maker, that also has the K-Cup capability is exactly what I was looking for in a Coffee Maker.

This machine does everything I could ask for and more. Hot or cold, grounds or k-cup, and can hold multiple days worth of water!

It is a very good product and replaced 2 machines to save space. A larger water tank would be nice. The delay brew is more complicated than it needs to be (to many button pushes to set).

Great coffee maker. Space saver because it makes a pot, or a cup from a pod. I love the clock for setting the automatic brew. It's ready when I wake up.

Good coffee maker has many options to suit your ecery need. Can make just 1 cup or a whole decanter which helps when youre in a rush

Bout this for my wife and she loves being able to make a full pot of coffee at once for all of the guests. The cold brew setting is really nice as well.

I love this, many cups can fit under, and I dont have to poor from one container to another, my bottle fits right under it.

I haven't used all the features of this coffee machine; therefore, I can't give it an "excellent" review just yet. It is a nice machine, and I love the fact that it breaks down the amount in ounces.
