Tryed cleaning it and everything still not working right best buy didn't even look at it just returned it and wouldn't even give me another one for sane price i paid for b4. I got it over 70$ off on sale

The brewer is narrower and taller to save space on counter. I tried both the Pod and Filter brew styles. I prefer the pod mostly for a quick morning result and less cleaning. The first thing I noticed is the way the coffee brews into the cup. Brews quickly and tastes great once I dialed in the appropriate ounces. I replaced my other Major brand brewer with this one and will stay with the Ninja. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Includes built in measurer. (locks into side of brewer for storage) Best of both worlds for brewing grounds or pods. 3 simple brew modes: Classic, Rich and Over Ice. Has a brew stop slide door for sneak a cup with no drip onto hot plate. Programable. Large Bright Display. So many years of the brewer making industry giving us tiny little displays that are not even worth looking at until this design. Feels like it is well built quality as would be expected from Ninja. The water reservoir is contoured for easy handling. Provides 60 ounce capacity. Has a fold down Cup Holder if needed. Has a notification light trail to show you where its at until completed brew. If your looking for state of the art, Easy to use and Good build quality, Then this is for you! Love It...

I have to unplug for 10 min to reset. Cleaned with vinegar many times takes like an hour the two days later needs cleaning again. I use distilled water!!!
