Item arrived used
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The item that came was definitely opened. It looks like it might have even gotten wet, too. The box was barely taped up. Seriously disappointed.

Grounds!! Yuck!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We highly recommend getting the reusable filter. When we use paper filters, the basket does not drain well enough and overflows grounds into the pot.

Not really work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first week worked ok but the second one it didn’t run and indicated it need to be clean up and I did. After another week, it had the funny sound when I used the kcup and the coffee was hot enough.

Best of both worlds!!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My old Ninja coffee maker was finally starting to fail so it was time to replace it. I was trying to decide which coffee maker I wanted to get as a replacement as I loved the features of my ninja but yet I really wanted to be able to use K-cups sometimes too. I am one of those people who can’t stand to have my counters cluttered with appliances so getting both was out of the question. Then I saw the Dualbrew 12 cup coffee maker, single serve K-cup coffee pod and drip coffee machine by Ninja and new immediately that this would be the perfect solution to my dilemma. When it arrived I was so happy to see that despite being a dualbrew machine it actually took up less counter space than my old Ninja! With that being said it is also smaller than a traditional K-cup machine. No way I could have been happier about that! The reservoir is one the side and despite my own misreading it is not moveable one this model. However I am ok with that since it takes up less room already. It comes with the adapter for K-cups that does hog up some room in a drawer or cupboard but that’s ok for now and at this point not a deal breaker. It is very easy to use and I have to admit easier than my old Ninja in some aspects. For instance the delay brew clock you just rotate the button instead of having to hit a button repeatedly to change the time on. It also has the ability to change the keep warm time from 2 hours all the way up to 4 hours which when one person leaves at 430 and the other can’t even figure out how to pour a cup for a few hours it keeps it nice and hot without burning it! You can also adjust the temperature of your brew from what the instructions say but I haven’t done that as it is perfect for us on the standard setting. You still have the other options such as cold brew, rich brew and specialty as you do with the others which is awesome as I use those as well. It has a built in area for the included scoop if you choose to use it. The only thing this model doesn’t have is a milk frother which is ok for me as I have another way to do it if needed. Overall I am loving this new pot and couldn’t be happier I picked it! Its matte black with a bit of chrome makes it look very nice on the counter, It seem to be of the same wonderful quality that I have come to expect over the years from Ninja and expect it to last for many years to come!!

So Much More!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am addicted to coffee and am always on the hunt for the “perfect” coffeemaker. This seems to be pretty close. First off, it just looks good on the counter. I feel so professional making my coffee now, lol. It is pretty simple to use, but honestly, I was intimidated at first — I just LOOKS complicated. But it’s not, so give it a shot. I was most excited for the combined carafe/drip and k-cup functionality. With my old drip coffeemaker, I made a carafe in the morning and we usually drank it all. Then, some afternoons I found myself wanting just one more cup — and I would have to make another pot! Such a waste of water and coffee! Now I can make a pot in the morning and then a k-cup later on!

Nice Idea, Poor product.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The idea and size are great BUT I got a cup of coffee grounds both from the pod and the pot. The holes punched in the coffee pods were so large that the grounds poured out. I also got a cup of grounds when I cooked a pot of coffee. I could go on but needless to say, I returned it.

1 star review not based on Ninja.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this online thinking I might get a brand new device from where ever they ship this out from but unfortunately this machine was used. It had water inside, the box was beat up, I found a blue lint that looks like it came from a sponge and finger prints on sticky side of tape. I have now confirmed and truly believe that Best Buy resells openbox/used items for the price of new ones. My review is not based on Ninja namebrand but for Best Buy. This is the second item this month I buy that has been used and the third time that I open an item inspect it and it has been opened before. You can check for yourself anytime you buy from this company.

Not worth the money
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coffee pot worked great for about a month (of course after I can’t return it) and then decided to stop. The basin fills with water but doesn’t dispense coffee into the pot now. Single sever hasn’t ever worked, every time I use it, it gets coffee everywhere but in the cup. Save your money and buy a normal coffee pot or single serve machine

Great tasting coffee from a very versatile machine
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very impressive coffee maker. I’m not a big pod fan because of all the waste, but the ability to use it occasionally for convenience while still being able to brew coffee the drip style way most of the time is what drew me to this coffee maker. I expected something a little more complicated with the option to use pods. However, it is actually very simple and easy to use. When you want to use a pod, the regular filter basket is removed and there is an adapter kind of thing that goes where the basket would otherwise be. This is what accepts the pods and converts it to a Keurig type machine. The coffee maker itself is very impressive even without the single serve K Cup option. Electronic controls (a dial type knob) and several buttons let you select numerous different amounts of coffee to brew from a single cup, to larger cups, travel mugs, half carafe, and full carafe. When you turn the dial, LEDs illuminate to tell you where your at in the amount to be brewed. For example for each of the sizes just listed, you can vary the amount brewed. You can even vary the amount brewed with pods (four different amounts). There are three choices to brew coffee, classic, rich (stronger), and over ice. This coffee maker makes excellent coffee, hot or iced. It has the typical automatic brew timer. The larger water reservoir is really nice when used on a daily basis just to make a cup or two. Nice not to have to fill it every time you want to make coffee. Overall this is a state of the art drip coffee maker for the price. I highly recommend it.
