After following the cleaning instructions, still reads clogged. This is using K-Kups recommended for the coffee maker. 5-pods a day cleaning monthly. After 1yr sam's club refunded my purchase. The Best Buy purchase, same happened this morning, what a bummer! 5-Star rating if you plan on buying a new one every few months or less. Bests Buy say's.. I missed return date....No longer returnable. Double bummer!! Date to Return.....11/05/2023

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed with this coffee maker, it worked good for about three weeks and then for some reason it got stuck in clean mode and wouldn’t work, they did send me a new one but wanted me to pay the shipping after arguing with them they finally paid the shipping costs. Also Best Buy’s return policy is poor, I only had this three weeks and they wouldn’t exchange it or give me a store credit, really disappointed with them, I will look to buy things elsewhere where they have a better return policy.
