Malfunctioned in less than 2 months

We had a Keurig machine which I like and this machine allowed us to do both kinds of coffee in the morning. We are very pleased with it.

Multifunctional with Compact Footprint

I really appreciate the new function of incremental sizes to better adjust for the amount you wish to brew. I also appreciate that the brew temperature is quite hot verses mediocre, and the warming plate maintains the temperature well.

Where's the heat?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We so wanted to love this coffee maker. Ninja blenders? Great. Air fryers? Awesome. This machine is the perfect example of over-complicating a simple process for way too much money. As for specific issues, cleaning takes forever and the brewed coffee is not hot. Not a big deal if you like microwaving a fresh brewed cup of coffee. However, we do not and have decided to throw this away and go find a cheap Mr. Coffee instead of waiting for this to die. Talk about a waste of resources.

Good coffee maker, great price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good coffee maker , great price..only knock is the “iced coffee “ maker, it’s a bit misleading, it doesn’t make iced coffee, just coffee at a little bit of a cooler temperature that doesn’t dilute the coffee as fast

Great purchase, but not so happy with the delivery

Fedex delivered it to a different address. However, the experience i had with Bestbuy customer service was amazing. The coffee maker works great. so far.

Nickel & dime me !!

Followed the instructions & it wouldn’t even run the cycle. And to top it off I bought the 2 year warranty for$30.00 & Best Buy will replace it but I need to pay for another 2 year warranty for another $30.00!!
