Wonderful machine all I need in 1 product , easy to use .

It’s more trouble than it’s worth when switching from using k-pods to full pot. I can also see that it will be a challenge to maintain long-term when there’s a clog. I’m only using it exclusively for k-cups and we kept our other traditional pot brewer. It works fairly well for brewing using the k-cups although it continues to drip just a little after the brew is complete.

Love it. Easy to use. Makes great coffee. Uses all types of coffee grind or K-cups.

After dealing with our Keurig for so long, we decided to switch to this Ninja and we are completely satisfied! The ease of use and thoughtfulness in the design makes this easier and more versatile to use. The water tank has a handle for easy refilling, the volume selection provides way more options depending on how much coffee we want to brew and so far, it has brewed a perfect cup every time. This is a must have for anyone who cares about coffee.

ONE YEAR+ REVIEW: It's an amazing coffee maker. I really like being able to brew any amount, from a single cup all the way up to a full pot. We don't use the Kcup insert but it's a nice option. Cold brew is nice but I recommend brewing it and then putting the coffee in another container and into the fridge for a day. Not a single issue in over a year.

I love this coffee machine. I have the both of best worlds. I can use the pods or make a pot of coffee. I like you can choose how strong it makes your coffee. Its easy to clean.

I bought a new unit, brought it home, and right out of the box it had an error message that would not go away. I called Ninja support, and after confirming that the unit was not a working unit, they got my name and address and sent me a complete new unit. I had to wait a few days, but the new unit works great and I am enjoying the new mode. I had an older model for at least 6 years that I enjoyed previously. This is handy because it also uses K-cups if I wish to do so. I am happy with this purchase.

I love this maker!! I have always been a Keurig person. Since they first came out that is all i used but this one has swayed me over. I love it!!! But with everything there is always something you wish you could change and for me that is the auto shut off when making a full pot of coffee. I want it to stay on longer

We upgraded to this Ninja coffee maker for the flexibility of brewing k-cups or grounds, single cup or pot. This thing is FANTASTIC! Brews fast and hot! I use the delayed brew function every day, so my morning coffee is waiting for me before work, and we have a fresh pot brewed and ready for us on the weekends.

Love It - Just wish it accommodated the u-fill reusable k-cup insert in addition to the retail prefilled k-cups so I can make my own favorite blend in single cup instead of whole pot.

When my wife's work schedule and mine were offset by several hours it made sense to only use a single-serve maker. If she made a pot of coffee when she left for work, it would be cold, or over-heated, by the time I got up. Now that she is semi-retired and I am on a more normal schedule, it makes more sense to make a pot. This coffee maker is excellent, makes a full pot when we need it, and converts to a Keurig-compatible make when we want a cup of tea or hot chocolate. (Or forget to grind enough beans for a full pot...)

Ninja coffee makers are the best! This is our second ninja dual brew. Our first one still works like a charm, we just wanted an upgrade. These coffee makers are THE BEST!

This is a great coffee maker!!! Pods or a full pot!!! Very versatile. Much better than the other name brand we had!!!! I would definitely recommend this Ninja!!!

The old takes 10 mins to warm up, another 5 to get a hot cup machine isnt missed after buting this coffee maker. It can make a full pot of coffee quicker than those cheap steam water drip coffee makers and lets you actually taste the coffee. Love the filter system, replacements are easily found. Its great with K-cups too, take almost no time compared to what im used to. Its also quiet and easy change settings

This is a great coffee maker. Very versatile, especially in a household with different coffee desires. Works as described and makes great tasting coffee.

Ninja never fails but this was a gift to replace & upgrade an old keurig. I actually love this better than my old keurig

This coffee maker is a must. If your a fan of brewing coffee either worh coffee ground or kcups this is the product for you. Kcups is a goos addition if you dont want ro brew a big batch of coffee. The jug is a plus. I had a metal comtainer with my prior ninja and it stained and was near impoosible to clean. Also prveous coffee machine stopped working still brewed coffee but wasnt able to set time or time with by itself cycle all 12 hours am and pm.
