This is a truly excellent coffee maker. Love the ability to make coffee in so many different sizes and the option to use grounds or pods. The 'rich' setting makes for a delicious at home cup of joe. Looks great in our kitchen as well. Also, easy transaction and competitive fair pricing from Best Buy as always.

[Employee of bestbuy] Love, love , love , loveeeee.. i had a different version that also made tea. I recently changed to this machine . Much better features, like the open close drip . If you press start on coffee and its closed it will not start it will alert unlike other models whwrw the coffee will still brew but spew all over the place . The smart warmer great added feauturw as well

This is a good coffee maker. I am a fan of Ninja anything and have a lot of their products. I can say I like the fact that everything is all in this one compact coffee maker and doesn’t take up much room. While it’s not my favorite appliance of Ninja, it is well worth the purchase. Easy to use and makes great coffee-cup, mug or carafe.

Best coffee maker. My kids use it for their hot cocoa. I love the over ice function so my ice coffee is strong. Having the option for to brew a pot when we have company is a life saver. Great product for the price!!

WOW ! Back to great coffee again ! Our old Keurig was good, but the new Ninja is better! detachable reservoir is easy to fill and easy to see how much water is available. So easy to make a cup or a pot ! Can use K-cups or fill our own cup of favorite brands of coffee !

This is a great Little machine ! I replaced 2 Countertop appliances with 1 appliance. It has been one of the best purchases I've made. My only slight negative is that it's a bit more noisy than my other coffee pot. But I'll take it!

Ninja never fails but this was a gift to replace & upgrade an old keurig. I actually love this better than my old keurig

A replacement for a 2nd Keurig that decided after 6 months that it didn't want to work anymore, same issue as the 1st one. Decided it was time to try something new. Works flawlessly, so far, only time will tell though.

What more can I say ninja delivers plain and simple diversity not only within size portion being able to do keurigs quality of coffee with different settings being able to shut off the valve. Just in case you make an accident, a easy tank that you could take off clean out filled with water.

After buying two expensive Keurig machines that stopped working after a very short time, we decided to try this one. It works beautifully and the carafe feature is a nice addition. Great value!

Love this product. I can enjoy making 1 cup at a time or a whole carafe. Easy to operate and fills my travel mug quickly before my morning commute to work. Perfect for k-cups or koffie grounds.
