I already have several Ninja products and enjoy allo of them. The coffee maker is also another product I am enjoying. I like all the feature it has and it is exactly what I needed. Providing single cup coffee and carafe coffee with a frother. I know I am going to thoroughly enjoy the coffee maker as much as I hav my other Ninja products

Well I’ve had this now going on a year, and honestly I a not disappointed with my purchase the coffee maker is used at least once a day sometimes multiple times each day, and has not failed once. We have used ground coffee with filters and it taste great and same with k-cups. The water is always hot as soon as you pour no need to wait for it to heat up for a few minutes. All in all great product my only complaint would be the ice coffee dial. When you place it on 10oz it actually pours half that, and same goes for all the amount in the ice coffee setting. I guess because it’s melting the ice but if it’s only going to push half the ounces then only notate that amount. Once you figure this out you know how to navigate, but at first I did not realize it. I would recommend this product for those looking for an upgrade to their kurig this is a great upscale upgrade. If you’re a coffee lover you will not be disappointed.

This coffee maker is awesome! It has everything I wanted in a coffee maker. The specialty function with frothed action makes my coffee taste like I purchased it from an expensive coffee shop!

I have everything Ninja in my home, it was a no brainer to try it out. I love the milk frothier and my guest were surprised at home much it looked like coffee shop coffee. Not impressed with the hot water function it isn't as hot as I would like comes out more warm than hot but as far as a coffee maker it’s great.

Recently bought this coffee maker. Absolutely love it. Makes great quality coffee. Both single serve and whole pot. It takes tiny bit of getting used to and learning to get familiar with. Such as just looking through the features and directions. Would highly recommended this over more expensive machines I’ve owned

Love this coffee maker so much that we purchased an additional one for our daughter! We paid full price but even better that the second one was dramatically reduced in price. So easy to use and faster than our previous machine. Love the fold away frother. I love all Ninja products!

I have been using this coffee maker for just over a month and love it. It produces rich coffee and the ability to use K-cups, or a carafe is very useful. There is a wide range of settings for volume and richness of coffee.

The Coffee maker its self is very good and works well. The display is easy to use and easy to read. The whole unit is very easy to take apart and clean. The problems start with the carafe. I cannot seem to get it to pour without getting all over. Everything on this coffee maker is very good except the carafe.

This coffee maker is the absolute best; we’ve loved it since the day we bought it. It offers various options to brew coffee exactly to everyone's personal taste, and the included frother is excellent—it creates a super frothy texture, just like something you’d get from a high-end coffee shop. I will never not buy Ninja appliances! This coffee maker is excellent because it always us to brew many cups in the pitcher or single cups with the k-cup plug-in and switching back and forth is so simple! The milk frother is such a nice feature that I find myself using for more than just coffee. The design is sleek but sturdy and very simple to operate. We LOVE this coffee maker!

One of the best coffee makers I've owned. My only complaint is the user interface. It does take some getting used to it you've just come off a keurig product.

I would recommend this coffee maker to everyone. Especially if you have a small kitchen. It’s like 3 appliances in 1!! Love it!! Indulge in coffee anyway you like it!! Or tea if you prefer!! This machine is great!!! I would recommend it to everyone!!!

This Ninja DualBrew system ticks all of the boxes: K-cups, 12-cup insulated metal carafe, integrated frother, compact footprint, and ease of maintenance. For full-pot brewing we generally use paper filters -- which are easier to use and dispose -- and also because we found that the metal filter we bought separately uses too much water to clean (we live in the desert). The insulated carafe keeps coffee at a decent temperature for hours (there is no hotplate included nor needed under the carafe, as with other Ninja models which use the non-insulated glass carafe) -- and that it also saves a lot of money on k-cups for those days when we anticipate we will be drinking LOTS of coffee. Making a pot of coffee also provides the option of delaying the start until tomorrow morning (or other time of your choice). This works well and is super easy to set-up and program before you go to bed. The default k-cup function ("classic") works great and the machine also has a touchscreen controls for "rich", "over ice", and "specialty" options. The final brew stage spits a lot as it air-expels the last of the brew in the k-cup pod, so we have taken to elevating smaller/shorter cups higher and closer to the top to the to avoid coffee spots on the counter. There is a nice 1-ding "starting" and 5-ding "complete" noise indicator for k-cups so you don't have to stand there and wait if you want to multi-task. We tested the frother, but since neither of us are kids or pretentious coffee-drinkers, we just pour cream into the coffee and stir it with a spoon. Cleaning the frother after every use is easy, but also a water-waster (that spoon lasts days!) We have eliminated both a traditional pot coffee brewer and a Keurig k-cups-only machine from our counter and the footprint of this Ninja single machine is less that the sum of those two by quite a bit. The machine is also of typical Ninja design quality and looks modern and fresh on the counter. Overall, we love this machine and are happy with its versatility and the quality of the brewing of a fine cup of joe.

I LOVE this machine! The size of it is perfect for my small kitchen and it is an amazing lifesaver in the mornings with its auto delay-brew (which I can time to brew in the morning) and is easy to clean!

You couldn't pay me to complain about this machine. With a few different styles brewed under my belt, I'm dialing in my personal preferences and enjoying everything about it.
