The Ninja Dual Brew coffee system is a great addition to any kitchen, but especially for those with limited space. It's an all in one compact versatile coffee maker that can brew from 1 cup to 12 with equal ease. In the mood for a K-cup brew? Just swap out the brew basket and pop in the K-cup holder and press go. It's that easy. It's like a swiss knife for coffee lovers.

Compared temps with my old Hamilton beach flexbrew

I thought this might be useful. I see a lot of issue with temperatures on this unit with insulated carafe. I brewed coffee with this Ninja bought 3-19-23 and my old Hamilton beach flex brew which is 7 years old. I did the elevation reset and that seemed to add about 5-8 degrees to the Ninja I am 900 feet above sea level. With the Hamilton Beach K cup I got 180 degrees and Ninja was 170 degrees. The cup I used was room temp. Then brewed coffee in the pots at about 8 cups worth. The Hamilton Beach was 170 degrees and the Ninja was 172 degrees. Each pot was cold to start (rinsed with cold tap water) and not warmed up and pulled the Hamilton beach off right away before letting sit on the warmer The Ninja cooled about 20-25 degrees after 1 hour and was down to 115-120 at the 2 hour mark with just 14 ounces of coffee left in pot. The Hamilton beach kept coffee at around 160 degrees after 1 hour with the keep warm plate Adding cold milk lower temps 10-20 degrees I hope this helps people get an Idea I have had no issues with brewing two different brands of k-cups keurig and off label Also no issues with grounds using the paper filter folded as instructed in the manual

It is good for the price it is sold. I can make 1 cup of coffee to a full pot of coffee with a setting ranging from classic to over ice. And also you can make specialty coffees with this as well. I loved the frother attachment as well. The frother froths sooooo good.

Such a fantastic product. I love that I can brew a pot of coffee or use a quick k-cup. The carafe keeps the coffee warm for hours. The best part is that I can put the water and coffee grounds in the night before, and set it to brew the following morning—my coffee is already there, hot, and waiting for me in the morning when I wake up!

Pretty good cofee maker, terrible carafe

I've had this for about 6 months now, and I would like to like this more, but there are a few key flaws that really disappoint me. The primary flaw is the Carafe just really really really sucks. It's very difficult to pour without spilling because THERE IS NO SPOUT. The lid is also completely open and un-insulated, so it only keeps coffee warm for about half an hour. I also don't appreciate that they are charging extra for removing components. They removed the hot plate because it's incompatible with that terrible carafe, but are still charging more. I thought "hey, an insulated carafe is worth it, cause burned coffee is gross" but nope. they failed. I wish they just allowed you to pick the number of oz you brew, but after 18 oz they just have some pre-set steps and are pretty large and don't match the amount I want to brew. The beeps are super annoying and there is no way to turn them off. The water tank is is not big enough. You have to risk spilling when you fill it if you want to brew a full pot. It does sense if you ran out of water before the brew is done though, which is good. It does make reasonably good coffee in the end, but so do a lot of cheaper machines. The different brew methods do make a difference. I've never used the k-kup brewing method though, so I can't speak to that experience. Overall, I could still give it 5 stars if the carafe weren't so god-awful, and it were a bit cheaper.

Amazing machine that is so simple to use. It has so many options and is not as bulky as other coffee makers. This can make coffee, teas, or simply provide hot and/or boiling water. That alone is nice to have.
