Great product and love all of the features. I wish it had an option to keep the big craft warm all day like the older models.

I have this coffee maker with the glass carafe that we use daily and love it. I purchased this model with the thermos as carafe for our camper so we can easily take our coffee outside with us. I am pretty sure the iced options will get more use in the camper.

Love this coffee maker-It saves a lot of counter space compared to my older unit. It also makes great coffee that has so much more flavor than my prior model.

I’ve been using this coffee maker for 2 months and it’s completely taken over my mornings. I love coffee but didn’t have the best coffee maker before I got this ninja as a gift. Now its so easy to make a cup of coffee in my mornings and it doesn’t take up too much space.

This coffee machine is awesome! It gives you plenty of choices for ounces and you can use k cup or ground coffee with basket & filter. This is my favorite coffee machine over any of my older ones.

Love the stainless steel carafe! Keeps the coffee hot for so much longer! Love the option for k cups or to brew a batch! Had our last one of this same version for years before it broke and immediately replaced with this one!! Would absolutely buy again, but it’s great quality so that’ll be many years from now.

we needed a new coffee maker and as I love all ninja products we opted for this model, its super-fast and compact and even dispenses hot water so more counterspace no more kettles.

Its fast and make a good cup of coffee. Excellent machine. Well worth the price.

The product is really good but I didn’t chose the right product as I prefer lattes and this machine requires me to heat milk in microwave and just makes coffee. Ease of use is great as well but cleaning the frother alongside of separate heating mechanism for milk is kind of what I think I wasted money on this one.

I brought this a little over a year ago for my wife. It's been great makes a good pot of coffee everytime haven't had a single issue not even when I forgot to fill the water reservoir it jist told me to add water and everything was fine. I noticed right away the flavor was much better than a regular drip coffee pot that I've always used and I really wasn't expecting it. My wife likes to use the coffee bar part of it and she loves it. We have not used the k-cup part of it so i cannot attest to that part. The hot water dispenser I didn't think I was ever going to use but there's a boil option and sometimes it's really useful.

Love! Being able to have the option to use single or a pot, without having a second machine is amazing. Plus...frother! Coffee shop coffees at home at a fraction of the cost

We’ve owned 3 Keurig machines over the last 10 years and wanted something that kept the frothing function on our latest Keurig but would make a full pot on those weekends when we would be around for that second cup, but also still brew K-cups during the work week. This machine does all of that and more, with multiple custom brew cycles, programmable time delay, even a lever to temporarily stop the drip when you want to grab that first cupful out of the pot before it’s done brewing. It’s like the folks who designed this machine actually used it themselves. This is our 3rd or 4th Ninja appliance and all of them have been winners. Very Highly recommended.

I'm a pro now thanks to this fantastic coffee machine!! It is so easy to use and clean. The carafe keeps the coffee nice and hot, love that feature. The frother is simply the best and I love that it is built in, easy to clean and stores away! Ninja made a great product with this one! We are very happy with it.
