Very versatile. Can make single cups or easily remove the K-Cup adapter then make a pot of coffee using the thermos and heading as much coffee as you like to get to the strength you like. My wife also loves the fact that it has a frother attached so she can use it as she pleases. We love our Ninja coffee maker.

Really happy with the newer design Ninja has implemented here. The previous models had a really bad habit of leaking and I haven't had any issues with this model.

What an amazing machine! It does everything! It has a milk frother! You can use the k-cups or regular coffee brewing. It’s just fabulous! I love making coffee in the morning!

We loved this coffeemaker until it went haywire after we had owned it about 2.5 years. It recently started dispensing less and less water on all cycles. For example, if you use a single serve pod and set it for 9 ounces, you might get 6 ounces off coffee or you might get 8 ounces—you just never know. When brewing a whole pot or half pot, you get varying amounts, but always less than the correct amount. I contacted Ninja customer service, and the representative was very nice (and spoke American English well and was understandable). We tried recalibrating the machine as instructed, but this did not help the situation. We also tried other suggested solutions, but nothing worked. We suspect we have a faulty pump, but we are unable to repair it ourselves. So our $250 coffeemaker is junk after 2.5 years of use.

I love this unit. I can use it for K-cup or drip brew coffee. My wife can have instant hot water for a cup of tea and we can both have a bowl of hot cereal or oatmeal using the same thermal hot water function. No more worries about "Hey, honey, did you turn the tea kettle off on the stove?" Had a service issue early on but Ninja (Shark) replaced it quickly and with minimal hassle.

Replaced our broken keurig with this and have never been dissapointed. Brews fast, looks nice. Works great.

We have really enjoyed this product. It replaced our Keurig Kcup and coffee pot allowing for more counter space. It is nice to pick the number of ounces for brew as well as classic or rich brew.

Because of the new carafe, theirs no warmer. So the coffee does not stay hot very long at all. We are pretty bummed about it. We really enjoyed it on the older model, with the glass pot & warming plate, before they upgraded to the metal carafe. Truly, we preferred that one.

After reviewing comparisons of the keurig duo plus compared to this ninja dualbrew, I ended up buying this one due to the seperate hot water tap as we have both coffee and tea drinkers in the house. I have yet to use the milk frothed option, but the rest works great. Coffee tastes great and water for tea is hot enough for a good brew. The seperate single serve insert is a little clunky and I wish it did not have to be removed to use the full brew method, but I can live with it. One thing to remember is that there is an in and off switch to use if you are taking the carafe out before the end of brewing to steal a cup as there is not an automatic shut off. I also wish there were more options for a reusable basket. As yet, I have not found one, as the one Ninja has was on back order last I looked, Overall, I still would buy this over the keurig for the reasons of versatility for my household.

It was ok. We took it back to exchange for another with a glass carafe and heating element because my husband swears his coffee was not hot enough. We love Ninja coffee makers. They really outlast the others and always make a great cup of coffee even a year later!

Purchased in November and we love this coffee maker. Compact and allows both a full pot and k-cups. We also have loved getting the piping hot clean water for tea. It’s been a great purchase and no regrets

Love it! I started saving money and getting my coffee at home instead of outside. I had this machine for a year now and works great! I use both the plastic k-cup refillable and the reusable filter. I use the k-cup when making coffee for me and the filter when family is visiting. Love you have choices. Also love the fact that can get hot water for my hot cocoa and tea without reheating it in the microwave.. a Plus! Have not had any kind of issues yet and been making coffee every single day for a year.

Great buy! Love the features and versatility to its use. Love to whip up creamer before brewing coffee.
