Excellent Coffee Machine. Was very surprised by the utility of it all as it takes both powder and pods.

This was primarily purchased because I wanted to make low/sugar free cappuccinos at home for my wife. Unfortunately the milk frother is virtually useless. Regardless of what kind of milk or how long I froth it it really doesn't do anything to the coffee. I even tried frothing the creamer, to no avail. Still it has a multitude of features like the ability to brew single pods all the way up to a full carafe and everything in between at multiple brew concentrates. It can also do iced coffee and can be used just for hot water for hot chocolate and whatnot. It does brew a much better cup of coffee than the Keurig it replaces though. Overall I'm happy and I haven't totally given up on making a "cappy" at home but that part has been a letdown thus far.

I bought this to replace a Keurig machine I had for about 5 years. This machine is amazing! It does everything it should do, except grind the beans.

I've had many coffee makers over the years, from standard pur overs to Nespresso. This time, I wanted an "all- in-one" that would satisfy everyone in the household without breaking the bank. This was my best choice and none of us have been disappointed! The only thing it lacks is an included permanent filter, which I ended up purchasing separately. Otherwise, it does everything we need. The coffee temp is hot and having the added "hot or boiling water" feature is great! Pods are pierced with 3 holes which is also great. The attached frother is pretty basic (my grandkids enjoy it!) - it's not super powerful. I prefer this thermal carafe over the glass. This feature seems to have some people leaving bad reviews, maybe because they don't understand the difference- glass carafe with warming plate, thermal carafe doesnt need or have the warming plate! The total footprint on the counter is nice as well - not too wide or tall.

All the features I was looking for. No more broken caraffs as this one is metal. Now given my kettle away as this machine boils water too !

This is the best coffee machine I used till date, the best part of it is ease of use and how slim the size is, cleaning the milk frother is so easy.

Much better than the Keurig K-Duo

We had a Ninja Coffee Bar several years ago, but when that broke we replaced it with a Keurig because I wanted something that would brew K-Cups as well as a pot of coffee and Ninja did not have something similar available at the time. When I saw this option, I knew that I wanted to upgrade. This system is far superior to the Keurig K-Duo. The flavor of the coffee is drastically better. I greatly appreciate being able to brew any size using ground coffee as the Keurig only allows you to brew multiple cups with grounds unless you have an adapter (which is very difficult to install). The specialty coffee function has become of a favorite of everyone in my house. I use 2 scoops of an espresso style ground coffee and brew the specialty coffee setting over ice for a perfect iced latte. I haven't perfected using the specialty setting for a hot latte yet as I like my hot coffee super hot and even with pre-warming the milk, it isn't hot enough for me. That isn't a fault of the machine, but rather something that I need to continue to fine tune. The setting for hot water is very useful. I used to use my Keurig for hot water, but often I would forget that there was an old pod in the machine and accidently brew hot water for tea or cocoa and end up with coffee flavor. The separate dispenser for hot water means I never have to worry about coffee flavor in my tea, cocoa, oatmeal, or noodle cups. There are 2 heat settings for the hot water function, hot and boil. I find the hot water setting best for cocoa or for delicate herbal teas. I am a fan of very hot black teas and the boil setting is perfect for that. The only thing that I preferred about the Keurig was that the plate that the cup/carafe sits on would actually hold about 12oz of liquid in case you forgot to put your cup/carafe in the machine before brewing. This has happened several times in my household and it made clean up much easier. I am dreading the day when this happens with the Ninja and I have coffee/water all over my kitchen. Also the same tray was great for catching the last couple of drips of coffee. I love this coffee maker. If it had a drip tray and someway to actually steam milk it would be my dream.

All we really wanted was to declutter our kitchen counterspace by getting rid of our separate drip coffee and Keurig makers, but wow this Ninja has been so much better than we expected. It's more compact than either of the two coffee makers we were using but does the job of both without sacrificing the ease or quality we loved about the coffee makers it replaced. Plus, it makes hot water so we were able to get rid of our electric tea kettle, too. We went from three machines down to one! Because it's so easy to use for single-serve, we've almost cut out K-cup pods, which saves us a little money and prevents a little pollution at the same time.

This was an early birthday present for my son. He wanted something that combined his coffee maker and Keurig machines into 1 which also took up less counter space. He loves this machine. It heats up instantly, offers both use of grounds and K-pods and even has a frother included for those specialty drinks. The water container can be moved from side to rear to take up even less space. It tells you what it is does at any given time including when it needs to be cleaned. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a combo of 2 machines but has limited space.

We really enjoy this coffee pot. Its easy to switch between the regular carafe and k cup attatchments and the clock/delay timer is very easy to use. We have only had one issue where the stainless steel carafe gets water stuck between the seams. Sometimes when it gets hot the water that was trapped will bubble between the seams. We contacted customer support about the issue and they sent us a replacement but it has the same issue. Follow the instructions and do not soak it in the sink, or put in the dishwasher.

Best coffee machine I’ve had. Easy, programable, fast and does not take a lot of space. Just make sure to have your pot in place, it does not have a sensor and can spill.

This would have 5 stars if the coffee brewed hotter & the thermal carafe held heat longer. It’s frustrating to have to preheat both your cups & the carafe. It brews very quickly & I was able to clear a lot of clutter off of my counter. I love it, but I think I may’ve preferred the one with the glass carafe & heating element.Perhaps it would be better if it had an option to adjust the brew temperature, like it does for boiling/hot water. I separately purchased a reusable k-cup pod filter which doesn’t fit & I later realized I don’t need because individual cups can be brewed through the regular cone filter. For those who prefer not to play with paper filters, I do recommend buying a reusable cone filter.
