Ninja makes great equipment and this coffee machine is another hit. The quality is excellent and having a dedicated hot water spout so my tea doesn't taste like old coffee is a major deal. The k cup function is a little tricky for starters but it works well and we very seldom use k cups anyhow

I love my Ninja coffee maker and it came in very useful for the holidays having the ability to make a pot of coffee and the convenience of only making 1 cup when needed. I would recommend this system to anyone with a big family

Excellent Coffee Machine. Was very surprised by the utility of it all as it takes both powder and pods.

Upgraded my old ninja brewer for this one. I love the caraf and how hot my coffee stays. My husband brews a large pot and I can go back and get more hours after and it is still hot. When brewing hot water vs coffee, there is a dial that must be turned to select between the 2. There is also a way to stop the flow so when I don't want to wait, I can stop the flow, grab my coffee and turn it back to dispense into the caraf. The frother works great. I like the ability to change the water holder from back to side depending on how I want it set up.

Really liking the Ninja DualBrew Pro. Brew's a great pot of coffee and super easy to clean. Best stainless steel carafe, I've seen, also easy to clean.

This was primarily purchased because I wanted to make low/sugar free cappuccinos at home for my wife. Unfortunately the milk frother is virtually useless. Regardless of what kind of milk or how long I froth it it really doesn't do anything to the coffee. I even tried frothing the creamer, to no avail. Still it has a multitude of features like the ability to brew single pods all the way up to a full carafe and everything in between at multiple brew concentrates. It can also do iced coffee and can be used just for hot water for hot chocolate and whatnot. It does brew a much better cup of coffee than the Keurig it replaces though. Overall I'm happy and I haven't totally given up on making a "cappy" at home but that part has been a letdown thus far.

This coffee maker is wonderful. It heats up quickly and the frother is a bonus. I no longer go out to buy coffee. The only thing I wish it had was a removable tray to catch drips.

really awesome coffeepot. has a minor issue with grounds overflowing while brewing, and they do end up in the carafe occasionally. otherwise, weve loved having it :]

Much better than the Keurig K-Duo

We had a Ninja Coffee Bar several years ago, but when that broke we replaced it with a Keurig because I wanted something that would brew K-Cups as well as a pot of coffee and Ninja did not have something similar available at the time. When I saw this option, I knew that I wanted to upgrade. This system is far superior to the Keurig K-Duo. The flavor of the coffee is drastically better. I greatly appreciate being able to brew any size using ground coffee as the Keurig only allows you to brew multiple cups with grounds unless you have an adapter (which is very difficult to install). The specialty coffee function has become of a favorite of everyone in my house. I use 2 scoops of an espresso style ground coffee and brew the specialty coffee setting over ice for a perfect iced latte. I haven't perfected using the specialty setting for a hot latte yet as I like my hot coffee super hot and even with pre-warming the milk, it isn't hot enough for me. That isn't a fault of the machine, but rather something that I need to continue to fine tune. The setting for hot water is very useful. I used to use my Keurig for hot water, but often I would forget that there was an old pod in the machine and accidently brew hot water for tea or cocoa and end up with coffee flavor. The separate dispenser for hot water means I never have to worry about coffee flavor in my tea, cocoa, oatmeal, or noodle cups. There are 2 heat settings for the hot water function, hot and boil. I find the hot water setting best for cocoa or for delicate herbal teas. I am a fan of very hot black teas and the boil setting is perfect for that. The only thing that I preferred about the Keurig was that the plate that the cup/carafe sits on would actually hold about 12oz of liquid in case you forgot to put your cup/carafe in the machine before brewing. This has happened several times in my household and it made clean up much easier. I am dreading the day when this happens with the Ninja and I have coffee/water all over my kitchen. Also the same tray was great for catching the last couple of drips of coffee. I love this coffee maker. If it had a drip tray and someway to actually steam milk it would be my dream.

I bought a coffee machine for my daughter, and she's very happy that she can make both hot and cold coffee. However, it's better to add ice from the freezer because the machine freezes ice very slowly. Today I purchase second one to my home.

We really enjoy this coffee pot. Its easy to switch between the regular carafe and k cup attatchments and the clock/delay timer is very easy to use. We have only had one issue where the stainless steel carafe gets water stuck between the seams. Sometimes when it gets hot the water that was trapped will bubble between the seams. We contacted customer support about the issue and they sent us a replacement but it has the same issue. Follow the instructions and do not soak it in the sink, or put in the dishwasher.
