All we really wanted was to declutter our kitchen counterspace by getting rid of our separate drip coffee and Keurig makers, but wow this Ninja has been so much better than we expected. It's more compact than either of the two coffee makers we were using but does the job of both without sacrificing the ease or quality we loved about the coffee makers it replaced. Plus, it makes hot water so we were able to get rid of our electric tea kettle, too. We went from three machines down to one! Because it's so easy to use for single-serve, we've almost cut out K-cup pods, which saves us a little money and prevents a little pollution at the same time.

This was an early birthday present for my son. He wanted something that combined his coffee maker and Keurig machines into 1 which also took up less counter space. He loves this machine. It heats up instantly, offers both use of grounds and K-pods and even has a frother included for those specialty drinks. The water container can be moved from side to rear to take up even less space. It tells you what it is does at any given time including when it needs to be cleaned. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a combo of 2 machines but has limited space.

So far the only negative we've found is sometimes you get small.amount of grounds in your cuo when using the pods. The iced option is great! And would have liked a frother that has an option for hot or cold froth like my old Keurig system had but thats minimal issue.

Great brewer I love it very easy to use and keep clean, coffe don't come out super hot but hot enough if you run a cycle with no coffe just water the 2nd one comes out very hot so I recommend doing that.

Love this coffee maker, The ability to make my favorite cup of coffee or make a carafe when more than one cup is required is great. To change from making coffee via a filter to inserting the adapter for pods is a function we enjoy when guests in our home make their own cup !!

Best coffee machine I’ve had. Easy, programable, fast and does not take a lot of space. Just make sure to have your pot in place, it does not have a sensor and can spill.

I ise it every day and it’s fantastic that I can get quality coffee at home without setting foot outside.

Amazing coffee maker! We had an old Mr Coffee maker, and while it still works, it was definitely showing its age. Plus, we were wasting so much coffee when I’d make a full pot and not drink it all. Thankfully, this one can do all sorts of coffee amounts (including travel mugs, which is AMAZING) as well as K-cups. And it has a little frother attachment, which is pretty basic but totally fun to play with!

Love the easiness of this multi tasking coffee maker. Excellent brews. Full coffee flavor. Compact, easy to clean.

This would have 5 stars if the coffee brewed hotter & the thermal carafe held heat longer. It’s frustrating to have to preheat both your cups & the carafe. It brews very quickly & I was able to clear a lot of clutter off of my counter. I love it, but I think I may’ve preferred the one with the glass carafe & heating element.Perhaps it would be better if it had an option to adjust the brew temperature, like it does for boiling/hot water. I separately purchased a reusable k-cup pod filter which doesn’t fit & I later realized I don’t need because individual cups can be brewed through the regular cone filter. For those who prefer not to play with paper filters, I do recommend buying a reusable cone filter.

I don’t drink coffee but my wife loves this unit and says it tastes better than all the others units she’s had. This is probably the 4th or 5th ninja coffee system we’ve had in the lady couple years. They’ve all worked great we just use them a ton and I like buying her new things… She also loves the hot water feature for her tea and that it doesn’t go through the coffee basket so tea tastes great.

Works great, doesn’t make big batches but smaller multiple batches works very well for storage and different flavors

After 15yrs of brewing I never thought we'd leave the Keurig brand, but this is a family-favorite of small appliances. I love my Shark products so I thought I'd branch out and try this for our new home. It has something for everyone and naturally, the kids had it figured out in no time. They like the dedicated hot water spout for their tea and oatmeal. I like that we aren't limited to pods and can brew a carafe, which actually stayed hot overnight! We haven't tried the frother yet, but I know it'll be fun on occasions. I'd highly recommend this system if you're in the market for something new and not wanting to spend too much.

This coffee maker isnt as sensitive with water as the keurigs. I did have an issue with the first ninja model that I purchaced, the pod lid would fail to close after about one month. So I returned and gave this model one more try. The functiallity of the model is ideal being able to make a pot of coffee when company is present is great, instead of people having to wait 5+ minutes on everyone else one cup at a time. The coffee maker also make hotter coffee than the keurig.

Easy to use and makes excellent coffee by the cup or a pot full.

Excellent coffee maker, dual brew modes are great reservoir size is a winner. Only drawback keeping it from 5 stars is that the coffee isn’t brewed hot enough for coffee in anything but a yeti mug.

Very versatile machine and make good coffee. So far it has been great making single cups of coffee. I have not used the carafe so I cannot comment on it yet. Hot water function is good in a pinch.

Satisfied with this coffee maker purchase. Even with all the extra lights, knobs, and buttons I am finding it easy enough to operate. One thought for the engineers, flare the receiver base for ease of water dispenser return.
