10/10. Love the ability to use K Pods but also coffee grinds when we want to/speciality blends. Digital display makes it look elegant. Ability to move the water resolver to the side or the back is a nice touch. It'll make a hot cup of coffee within 45 secs-1 min using the K Pods without any preheating necessary - that's crazy fast compared to our Ninja Coffee Bar we had before this. The addition of the hot water mode is perfect for Tea, hot chocolate, ramen noodles, etc. as well. We were able to get this as a black Friday special at $160. I'd say retail price ($249) would be too expensive, but that's just my opinion.

Amazing product. Easy to set up and operate. Makes a pot of coffee in record time. The ability to make a pot or just a cup is very convenient.

This coffee maker is by far the best coffee station I’ve ever invested in. The features on it are awesome for busy people. Set the timer to have coffee ready when you wake up. When you’re busy and don’t want a large pot, the k-cup is perfect. The sinless steel pot is not only attractive, but very insulated and can be set on any surface. The pot pours well too. I love the Ninja coffee station!!!

Best coffee maker I've ever had! K-cup, carafe, iced coffee, hot water and a built in frother...it's a true all in one machine!

We bought two of these one for us and one for my in-laws. The machine is nice, especially with the built-in frother. However, the carafe stinks. The opening on the top is too large and not well insulated so the coffee doesn’t stay warm long enough and it constantly leaks every time you pour from it. It’s very frustrating to have to clean off the carafe and counter after every cup you pour.

The coffee maker is amazing by far! However the only down side is that their is no option to keep our coffee warm. Other than that best coffee machine we have bought.

It took a minute to get used to this coffee pot, but I am very pleased. First of all that makes coffee a lot quicker than my old one! it also makes tea, iced coffee and pods. I couldn’t be happier. I bought one for my daughter as well! ☕️❤️

We love this machine! I love everything being attached as one system, and it's decently large but fits well on the counter (under cabinets) even in our small kitchen. I've used it for single cups both hot and iced, a partial carafe, and made mocha a few times with the concentrate. The "rich" setting is interesting as well. If you're considering this as an upgrade I say go for it!

We bought this brewer after our Keurig Duo stopped working. We are so impressed with all of the gadgets in this brewer! Its easy to use and it gets daily use!

Was easy to put together and start. Has good options for coffee, hot water, k pods and froth. Brews in good time but does hot plate DOES NOT keep carafe warm because carafe is a "thermal".

Love it the only thing that it should have yes the pot is stainless steel but it should still come with the warming plate if you get the one that has a stainless steel pit it wont have a warming plate on the bottom

Love this coffee pot! It’s very intuitive to use and brews lovely coffee. I like all the specialty options and that the hot water tap is separate.

after using for a few weeks we found that we like all the features such as making hot water, single cup with K cup or grounds. There was a small learning curve on how to use all the functions but not a big deal. I would buy it again.

Great versatility, smaller foot print than Keurig, easily switch between single cup and a full carafe, and makes great coffee! What else could you ask for?!

Got it on sale for a great price but otherwise it is a bit pricey. My wife usually hates drip coffee, saying it tastes too watered down. She prefers a french press. But she loves the “rich” setting on this machine and she hasnt taken her french press out of the cabinet since we bought it. I wish they made reusable Kcup cartidges for the kcup attachment. The standard reusable cartridges dont fit. Otherwise 5 stars all around. Although we have only used the milk frother a few times. I just wish it had wifi so I could set the coffee to brew from my bed.
