Good coffee maker. I love all the ways to make your favorite drink.

Happy enough with this purchase. Enjoy the frother and the stainless carafe to keep the coffee warm. We purchased a reusable basket for filter. I miss the auto shut off from our old Keurig, and there is no filter for the water basin. I like it, but I’m still getting used to it.

So long Keurig!!! This coffee maker is the BEST!!!! That Keurig maker can KICK ROCKS! We now have 3 Ninja products and all 3 are awesome.

Our family is definitely mixed when it comes to coffee. I like to grind my own beans and get my coffee just right, while my girls just want a pod where they can pop it in, get their coffee and run. This allows us to do both, and easily. We have been very happy with this purchase, and so far we haven't had a single issue with it.

Great coffee maker. Easy to use with single serve or pot of coffee. Love the hot water option as it’s great for tea and oatmeal. Enjoyed it so much we have ordered a second one as a gift for our daughter.

Very good drip coffee maker which also makes coffee from K-cups. My wife is a big tea drinker and the hot water dispenser feature is invaluable as well. Easy to clean. Going from drip coffee to K-cup is easy but requires some sleight of hand in changing from one mode to another. We are definitely enjoying our new coffee maker.

We love the coffee maker, it’s easy to use and doesn’t use much counter space.

This machine is amazing, super simple to set up and flawless operation. The option of a k-cup or full pot is definitely more accommodating for situations of family or friends

I use this Ninja daily and enjoy the quality of coffee it produces. I can also brew a pot if needed which is handy.

Electronic button that activates coffee making screen wore out at 18 ×a' 'a onths. It didn't last as long as i expected it to. The 3 star review is due to the fact that the thermal carafe does not keep the' xe 3rd Ninja thermal carafe system I've purchased. All three kept coffe warm about 30 minutes. The first I hoped was a fluke. The second was a requested gift. The third just died. I won't purchase another Ninja thermal carafe system. I did buy a glass carafe system with a heating element to keep coffe warm. The coffee making system is great. But the stainless steel carafe deserves negative stars. Very disappointing Ninja item

Very easy to operate and delicious coffee every time

Thought the price was a bit too high, but I wanted a good overall brewer., Coffee brews very hot and frothier works great. Doesn’t take up much space. Only 1 minor complaint. With the stainless steel pot (it’s not a thermos), you cannot tell how much coffee is left in the pot. Would have preferred a glass pot or a thermos. However I would still purchase again…it’s worth the price.

Was easy to put together and start. Has good options for coffee, hot water, k pods and froth. Brews in good time but does hot plate DOES NOT keep carafe warm because carafe is a "thermal".

Love it the only thing that it should have yes the pot is stainless steel but it should still come with the warming plate if you get the one that has a stainless steel pit it wont have a warming plate on the bottom

The Ninja Dual Brew Pro is a very good coffee maker, with several brew options. Enjoying our morning cup o' joe (or two.. or more!). After nearly a month's worth of use, it is definitely an upgrade/update from our previous machine. Our very old KitchenAid single-brew (the nice retro model) finally bit the dust, and of course we needed a replacement for the next AM. I had checked out several brewers in the past, and the Ninja line has always had impressive functionality at a decent price... and we didn't find a KitchenAid model in the local stores that equaled the options available. Other models were either extremely expensive or didn't offer the brew options to match the Ninja. We were presently surprised with the basic brew setting! Definitely a richer, higher quality brew than our old coffeemaker. Nice to have the single brew settings along with the carafe. Haven't used the other options as of yet, but we'll get there eventually. Not sure we will ever use the K-Cup (we grind whole beans), but it's there, just in case company visits and want to have their favorite K-Cup brew.
