The Ninja Dual Brew Pro is a very good coffee maker, with several brew options. Enjoying our morning cup o' joe (or two.. or more!). After nearly a month's worth of use, it is definitely an upgrade/update from our previous machine. Our very old KitchenAid single-brew (the nice retro model) finally bit the dust, and of course we needed a replacement for the next AM. I had checked out several brewers in the past, and the Ninja line has always had impressive functionality at a decent price... and we didn't find a KitchenAid model in the local stores that equaled the options available. Other models were either extremely expensive or didn't offer the brew options to match the Ninja. We were presently surprised with the basic brew setting! Definitely a richer, higher quality brew than our old coffeemaker. Nice to have the single brew settings along with the carafe. Haven't used the other options as of yet, but we'll get there eventually. Not sure we will ever use the K-Cup (we grind whole beans), but it's there, just in case company visits and want to have their favorite K-Cup brew.

LOVE this coffee maker! Does it all - full coffee pot, single cup pods, "frothy coffee" (our version of Cappucino), hot water for tea - easily and well.

After getting two other coffee expresso coffeemakers that broke in less than a year, I decided to try this one and not going back, I love the Frother and how it keeps the coffee hot without using electricity. The settings are very precise that I also thought was amazing.

Makes great coffee. If only it was a little smarter for the price. It will run out of water mid way through making the drink. My old simple Keurig knew to not brew half a cup.

I love it. Easy to use. Great for a cup of quick boiled water. Needs 3 hole refillable k cups. The 1 hole kind do not work. This machine makes better tasting coffe. Many options. Nice touch screen feature. Bright lighted display.

Great buy! I love brewing my coffee from scratch but my girlfriend loves using the pod attachment. I also love the Rich blend setting.

Huge upgrade from a simple drip machine I had before. The reservoir is convenient and the frother has been suprsingly useful and I’ve been using it daily.

Make really good coffee and I love the delayed brewing feature. The one that I was doesn't have a built in warmer so that was a little disappointing. Other than that I really love this machine.

I realize that products are not made like they used to be. But we at least thought that a reputable name like Ninja still meant something. So, we were disappointed and surprised that after paying $250 for a Ninja coffee maker, it would stop working after only 17 months. We only used clean filtered water and cleaned it as instructed. We did not get an extended warranty because when you are already paying $250 for a Ninja coffee maker, you expect more. We bought a $20 Black & Decker with a 2yr warranty vs. the $250 Ninja with a 1yr warranty and then settled on an $80 Cuisinart with a 3yr warranty. At the time we thought nothing of the one year warranty because again, we thought, oh it's a Ninja. Wrong. Lesson learned. They may have once been a good company but not anymore. I would rather get a less expensive product with a better warranty. At least that shows they stand by their product. I definitely didn't get what I paid for with this Ninja coffee maker.

I love that I can brew, use K cups and have a separate boiling water function, I also appreciate the water reservoir can be moved to the rear of the machine which saves much needed space on my counter. So far I am very impressed.

It makes coffee, hot or cold it does it all! It's just what I needed and with a bonus of a frother.

Rhis is the best coffee maker I have ever owned!! I have had numerous Keurigs and they all ended up going belly up, one laated 2 weeks! But this one is amazing!! If you're in the market, BUY THIS!!

This is a good coffee maker. It did take a small amount of time to get it working with the knob in a little bit confusing but once you figure out how to use the Keurig cups, the machine works fine and he’s a really quick and it gives you options on how intense the coffee Flavor you want
