OMG! I LOVE IT! I have had so many expensive coffee makers in the last few years (this is my 3rd with all of them over $200 makers). I originally had a Cuisinart brewer with the carafe and single k-cup so I could use my K-cups and my husband could brew a pot without having coffee makers on the counter. He started using only k-cups so I purchased one of the black stainless steel color Keurigs. It had more brewing options than the Cuisinart, but I got tired of having to use 2 k-cups for a travel tumbler or getting watered down coffee from using just one k-cup. I purchased this Ninja and OMG! it's the best of both worlds without having a bunch of room on your counter taken up! I purchased it during a sale for under $200 and I was disappointed at first thinking it didn't have a brew timer to preset at night, but you just have to use the "delay" button. Also, I'm not sure if the coffee maker does it or my kids keep messing with up, but the open and close lever keeps getting slid to closed and then it doesn't brew in the morning. I also love how you can chose where to put the water reservoir. The cold brew options works great as well! Make sure to follow the directions in the manual for the best brews thought!

Love the coffee maker, had it for almost 1 year. Only flaw so far, the carafe started leaking and Ninja does not cover it under the 1 year warranty. Buying a new carafe is a quarter the cost of the initial purchase which will also still not be covered under warranty if it leaks as well.

This coffee maker is worth ever penny, we are coffee people. Is has pretty much everything you would want, on the go pop in a k cup, brew a pot for the lazy weekends. It suits all of our needs. I got it on sale so that was even better. I’ve always enjoyed having a glass coffee pot but the stainless steel is great and well isolated. The plus side is the last half of the pot doesn’t taste burnt from the hot plate. Five star

Great buy! I love brewing my coffee from scratch but my girlfriend loves using the pod attachment. I also love the Rich blend setting.

I love this coffee maker. I had a good Cuisinart before and a Braun before that. I like to have the coffee hot but do not like to keep it on a burner as it degrades in my opinion. So I always buy the ones with an insulated carafe. I have never liked using pods because the flavor is always watery in my opinion. This one made me a believer. I still prefer to grind and brew my own but somedays you just don't have time and this makes a good pod coffee. Plus you can adjust every cup or carafe to the exact size you want, rich or normal, It is just awesome. The independent reviews are the same. I will give one negative to be fair, the carafe does not keep the coffee hot as long as the other two previously mentioned brands. The carafe is easier to clean than both though due to wide opening for the lid.

Works great. Just make sure to clean machine water tank. I noticed some black pieces floating not sure where it came from but other then that works great.

Great coffee maker. Able to brew a pot, switch to a mug with a k-cup, then brew a cup of tea, quickly with little fuss. Replaced my old Ninja, which I gave to a friend.

It’s a very nice coffee maker, but the coffee and the water is not hot enough. It should be boiling for the amount of money that you pay for it. Should be better!!!

Good. Have been a ninja coffee bar customer for 10.years. Only thing to note is the frother is not a steamer.

I’ve went through several Keurigs and finally when I came back to return the another one that kept messing up, the manager of my local store recommended this Ninja to me and I’ve been in love with it ever since!!

I am very happy with my purchase. I love the options of either brewing or using k-cups. The consistency of the coffee is very smooth and the overall quality and make of this item for me is excellent. I just wish it comes with a stainless frothing cup and a base to hold it.

This product works as advertised and better price than other stores. My wife loves it and coffee made with ease and it's delcious

My attraction to purchasing this originally was for the separate coffee and hot water that provides no cross contamination. But the real bonus was that it also makes excellent Keurig style coffee. Much better than our previous Keurig branded coffee machine.
