If you buy this product I recommend buying a metal coffee filter because per instruction even to make a K-cup you need it so you use a lot of filters fast.

Very happy with it so far and excited with all the features and functionality. Instruction book needs more information as it was hard to understand how to switch from the single pod pour to carafe

My favorite things about it: - Looks nice - Well built - Doesn't take up a lot of room - Makes coffee quickly - Quieter than other K-cup coffee makers I've used - Coffee pot doesn't get hot on the outside - Easy to clean

It can make coffee using grinds or pods, which taste great since you have so much control over the size and strength. But it also makes hot or boiling water.

Fast for hot water dispensing for tea. Does not have hot plate, but the carafe keeps cofee plenty hot. Love this machine!

Very easy to operate. My wife loves the boiling water switch so he tea doesn’t taste like coffe and I use it make oatmeal. I highly recommend this product.
