Happy with the machine so far. we replaced one of our keurigs that also did iced coffee. So far no complaints and love the frother on the side.

Great coffee pot for duel functionality. Love that I can still use k cups or make a pot of coffee. My wife loves the frother function a lot.

After my Keurig died, I want something different but could still use the K-Cups. This was on sale for Black Friday and one of my best purchases. So far so good. I especially love that I can close the drip spout.

It makes great coffee and has different cup sizes to choose from. We use it daily.

I’m not a huge coffee person but I enjoy an occasional cappuccino or hot chocolate so I decided to buy this product. I’ve only ever used it’s K-Cup functionality so far but having the option to use coffee beans is nice, especially when I get exotic blends from travel. The water tank can be positioned either on the side or behind the machine so that makes it easy to find somewhere to put it in the kitchen. The detachable milk frother works as intended but cleaning it up is a bit of a pain; I think getting a separate handheld one would have been better. Overall, I’m satisfied with the machine but I’d wait to buy it on sale rather than pay full-price. And if you don’t intend to use it for anything other than K-cups you may be better off getting a different product at a better price.

Very convenient, I love the hot water option, use it often for tea. The size of it makes it easy to store and it doesn’t take up too much space

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. There is a slight learning curve getting your flavors down. But the machine works as advertised and she loved the included milk frother.

I prefer regular brewed coffee & my husband prefers kcups so this unit gives us the best of both worlds!

It's very good and the price is reasonable. You can use it for a single-serve coffee or via the thermal carafe for brewing multiple cups. A special feature is the attached frother.

Really enjoying how many options this maker provides. My only complaint is not having a hot plate for the carafe. The Carafe being insulated, helps keep the coffee warm but not hot. Otherwise this is a solid machine

Very nice--as bit pricey but does a lot more than a Keurig does and does it very well !! So far five stars.

Absolutely love the functionality of this product. There are so many options, it's perfect for multiple people with different requests.

So far, this machine is amazing. I do wish it has a hot plate to keep the coffee warm, but that didn't make or break anything. I love the built-in frother on the side so I can have my creamy goodness on top of my coffee. It's like love in a cup.

I love it.. easy to use i love that it provides hot water so quickly! Coffee maker works well. So does the nespresso function

I have tried most coffee makers on the market and this one makes the best tasting coffee so far. Operates a bit differently than others so a big of a learning curve is involved.
