This is by far the best coffee maker any company has sold. I love it, my husband loves it. We brew coffee in the morning and in the evenings we each choose a Kcup.

Our old coffee maker was a ninja as well and never let us down so I doubt we'll stay form the brand anytime soon.

It was easy to set up and use so far.

She wishes the pod adaptor did not need to come completely off to make ground coffee (you cannot have both installed to make ground coffee) but other than that its a great machine.
