I have had this coffee maker for a while. No problems at all or complaints. It works awesome and it's nice to just boil water for hot cocoa or tea.

Ninja system is very easy to use and straight forward. Morning wont be the same for not having a coffee that makes it easier than ever.

I had another Ninja coffee pot and loved it. This one makes just as good coffee and does K cups as well. I have some family that wants to use K cups, while I still like brewing with ground coffee. This does both and very well.

Purchase this coffee maker since our old Keurig went dead after many years of service, I gave chance to Ninja Dual Brew Pro 12 cups, and the experience is Amazing, we all love all the options that this litle machine brings, really a win win, have option to use the k-cups compatible with Keurig and a thermal carafe, we are been able to do some special cold refreshments as well, also very affordable; honestly this machine is a must at home

Great coffee maker! Looks really sleek and modern, I use the hot water feature to make hot chocolate and the frother to stir it up! Great for making my daily coffee pod too.

We were looking for something that would do pods or brew a full carafe of coffee for those mornings when you need more than one cup. My wife absolutely loves the milk frother thingy and makes her special Starbucks like drinks herself now which pretty sure is saving me money lol. Haven't had any issues thus far and the thing I like most about it is the pods Brew in less than a minute. We had issues with Keurig not wanting to recognize the pods so we upgraded to this bad boy. It is a bit pricey but looks nice on the counter and as long as it lasts a few years it will be worth the money in the long run. If you're looking for something with bells and whistles this definitely has at least two bells and one whistle. :-)

This Ninja took the bitter taste out of our coffee! Brews a cup or pot. The pot keeps coffee warm and will not break if dropped.

We've heard good things about Ninja coffee makers and we're off to a great start with our new one. It does a good job making pots of coffee and K-cups. The Frother works well too.

Easy to set up and delay timer is great. Multifunctional with ground coffee or pods. Also has a convenient hot water setting.

Best coffee maker We’ve ever had. I bought it for my mom for Christmas and honestly, i might’ve bought it for me too. It’s so cool to play with and see what kind of different things it does. I’m very happy with this purchase.

This coffee machine is very efficient for all types of coffee grind or powder and k cup .

We had a Nespresso before this and didn’t love it, but this machine is amazing. It has everything we could possibly want in a coffee machine and we the love the versatility it brings with the choice of ground coffee or K-cups.

I love this coffee maker! It is easy to use. I can make a pot and drink from it all day long. I love programming it at night and having coffee in the morning. The taste is unbelievable! I didn’t realize how much my old Kuerig watered down the coffee. The only knock is that it is not hot enough for me. I have to warm up my second cup from the pot, but I like my coffee nuclear meltdown hot! Just personal preference. I haven’t tried the specialty setting, but I will this weekend.

I love my Ninja dual. I love that I am able to do my daily ice coffees or make a whole 50 oz of coffee when I have company over. Also love the kcup option.
