Let me start off that i usually LIKE to give good reviews, BUT unfortunately the Ninja DuoBrew coffee maker has made me SO ANGRY almost every morning due to a mug full of grinds dumped in along with the coffee. I got this machine for Christmas 2022. I was very excited about all the features (and i DO LIKE the 2 in one option, the large water reservoir, frother as well as the different settings) What i dont like is the water pressure that is so high that it literally bursts the coffee "bag" in the single serve pods, dumping most of the grinds into my mug along with the liquid. We thought it was a dud, so returned the machine and got a new one. Guess what? It did it AGAIN!! Almost every mug full of grinds (i have to cheesecloth my coffee, that's how bad it is!). I called Ninja, they sent a replacement part, but that didnt help at all. Then i started wondering if it was our McCafe pods that were duds (although it also did this to our Kirkland Pods). I purchased Tim Hortons pods, which do the same thing. I pulled out my old faithful Keurig machine and made a beautiful cup of non-grind filled coffee goodness this morning, so i know it isn't the pods. We will be returning this machine and telling everyone to stay far away from that wretched machine. (3rd picture you can see the pod bag has split open, dumping the grinds)

Love all the functions of this coffee maker. The stainless steel caraffe is great, keeps the coffee hot! The hot water feature for tea or hot chocolate is awesome!

Best buy was the only place that sold this with the the thermal carafe instead of the glass one, and had an amazing price for Black Friday. The CFP301 is great for drip and kcups,and the milk frother is super easy to use.

Pretty cool machine. Very easy to use and all the features are easy to access and use. I simply used a Kuerig for years and this was a good upgrade for daily coffee drinkers who may want more than just a cup of coffee.

I like this coffee machine. The only thing I don’t like us to put filters in there the filter for it should’ve been filtered already.

This is the best Coffee Maker we have ever had. LOVE it. NINJA nailed it. So much better than our last 3 Kuerigs.

Great coffee maker. I like that i can make coffee, k-cup, ice coffee and lattes from one maschine. Its easy to use and easy to clean up.

Wanted a coffee maker that can use both pods and grounds. This worked out perfect and lately have been making ice coffee with it and it has come out awesome.

Love this coffee machine. Able to extract great tasting coffee every morning. So far no issues. Water dispenses evenly in the coffee grounds. Siblings love the fact that you can use k-Cups as well. Couldn’t be happier .

Love it so far. The wife loves the frother. Pretty fast also. Actually made romin using the hot water feature. Worked well also.

We have been looking for coffee brewer that has multiple options with K-cup brewer too. And we found thos one on BestBuy. This is really good and easy to use.

I've had the coffee machine for a couple of weeks. So far, it works really well and makes a great cup of coffe. We like to use the timer mode.

Nice combination machine for either kcup convenience or regular filter coffee brewing when you want to control the strength.

the coffee tastes better that in the older model, first time trying k-cups and not a fan, but fur the normal coffee brew I love it! also been using the boiling water dispenser and it's a huge time saver

I’ll admit that I’ve became a bit of a Ninja junkie in recent years. From the XL grill, crock pot and Ninja Foodi. The Ninja - Dual Brew Pro Specialty Coffee System is a game changer that satisfies all taste buds.

I love my new coffee maker, it's so easy to use. I love that I can brew tea, it has its own water reservoir.
