Best coffee maker money can buy, who needs Starbs?

Really appreciate the fact that they have a built in frother and the price is great. Every other retailer has this priced super expensive, but this makes some great coffeee.

It doesnt heat coffee properly

I received not sure it looks open box. The manual says 301 but the coffee maker I received 305 . Not sure if manual in box by mistake or it is used before
