Love love love this machine! Best thing I have purchased for myself in a while

I love our coffee maker! I couldn't wait to the next day that I made coffee right away as soon I got it.

Great system. My husband loves it. We like the insulated pot, the many ways you can make coffee with it. I took away a star because the k-pod adapter is separate. You have to remove the coffer filter holder and replace it with the k-pod adapter. Also, the brewing is limited to 47 ounces (5.875 cups) yet the water tank holds 64 ounces (8 cups), makes no sense to me. You have to re-run the cycle to make a full pot!

When we first got it, I'd have given it a 5. Did everything we wanted it to, was easy to use and clean and gave a good brewed cup of coffee. From a K-cup or ground and filtered pot. But it's only 4 months old and pretty much every other K-cup brew puts half the grounds into the cup of coffee. If you don't care about that, it's a pretty nice and easy coffee maker. But the longevity of the K-cup option was pretty dismal.

Tried this coffee maker because of the all in one features. Pods and pot brewing. Both work really well. Pod has a three prong so it gets a better saturation of the grinds in the pod. Hot water feature is also very nice since it has a separate tube so that you don’t get coffee flavor in your tea. The thermos is pretty good but does not make up for not having a warming plate. Coffee will stay relatively hot for about an hour and then it just is warm. If you want a hot hot cup of coffee in a half hour you might want to look elsewhere. This keeps your coffee Starbucks hot(not that hot) not Dunkin hot (maybe you can drink it in thirty minutes)

This product works great for both a single server and a large pot. Love it!

I love being able to use K-cups or my own ground coffee. It has a milk frother but I haven't used it. It has many different amounts you can brew. I love it.

What’s not to love about a one stop shop?? This machine had everything you need to make your perfect coffee, tea, and you can even use your k cups. Love it.
