Very easy to operate. I love everything about it except the coffee doesn’t stay hot very long in the carafe. It is lighter than i thought but easy to maneuver.

I love ninja! I own many of their products and just had to have this coffee maker that used kcups! Easy to use. Adapter is for kcups is easy to remove.

Anything ninja makes is amazing...sleek black design it looks bigger on video and pics but its just the size of any large coffee machine or a keurig

We use K-Cups almost daily and this machine splatters coffee all over the machine and counter near the machine. We have cleaned it over and over which never corrects the issue. The coffee stream goes all over the place like your thumb on a water hose. For $200 I expected a better machine and is why I spent more to get a Ninja. All other features work great but only used occasionally. Our past Keurig machines have never splattered coffee while making coffee.

The frother on the side is rhe perfect addition. Love that you can brew coffee and use pods. Great coffee machine!

I love it the best coffee system I have bought. Easy to use , makes the best frost ever.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother in-law. She absolutely loves it. She loves that she can make coffee or turn the knob to get hot water to make hot chocolate with her grand babies. She hated when she would make a whole pot of coffee and it would just sit there. Now she can make a K-cup size (personal) and not have to waste so much.

Love this thing. You can place plenty of grounds in the filter and it never backs up like our old pot. Carry the water reservoir to the sink for refill, easy, no mess. While your coffee may cool a bit with time, we prefer the thermal carafe to burnt coffee on a hot plate. We look forward to our morning pot. Making less then a full pot is easy and tastes great. A well designed appliance.

This is by far the best coffee maker I have ever owned! I love all of the different features and I would totally recommend it to everyone!
