Excellent product! Super easy to use and I love that we can move the water tank to the back or sides!

I was a kuerig user before and had the k-duo it worked great but a pain to descale. Ive had a long love for ninja and after i switched i wouldn't go back.

This is probably the best coffee maker I have owned. I had to buy something because my Keurig kept stopping. That was probably the worst coffee maker I have ever owned. But on to this. This thing makes a hot cup with pods and the thermos craft keep the coffee hot for hours. Don’t be fooled by other get this one and you will not be disappointed.

Best coffee maker I’ve used so far. The ability to hot swap from k cups to grounds is awesome and the added milk frother and moveable water tank is a cool feature. A separate hot/boiling water dispenser is also a really nice touch unlike on keurig where the hot water comes from the same coffee spout and tastes like coffee and makes your tea taste weird.

I like how fast it makes a cup. Stylish and doesn’t take up a lot of space.

We purchased the Ninja coffee maker when our Keurg coffee machine was getting ready to die. We love it and wish we had bought it sooner. It’s quieter and you don’t have to wait for it to heat up which is wonderful.we haven’t tried the frother tool yet but this coffee maker is worth every dollar.

This coffee maker is awesome. I like the fact that you can use k-cups or regular coffee grounds. No need for my keurig anymore. It punctures three holes instead of one like the keurig into the k-cup. I got rid of my old ninja coffee maker, as this one is waaaaay better. The only downside is that you have to buy paper filters if you use coffee grounds, as it doesn’t come with a permanent reusable/washable filter as my old one did. Buy one, you won’t regret it.

So far working great for the money, just have to look up better ways to make different styles of coffee.

Great coffee system. We use the K-cup and hot water functions and love it. Haven’t tried all the features but soon will be!

works great tea water is very hot.coffee could be hotter.kcups works great also.

We really like this coffee maker. It keeps the coffee hot for couple of hours. I do wish it had a warmer but I can live with it.

We had a previous version that was about 8 years old, and there are significant improvements in this one.. no steam coming out of top while cooking.. caraffe has much bigger opening for cleaning.. you can just get hot water.. can use the k-cups, etc.. great coffeemaker!
