Simply awesome. Has so many uses i will never need to go to starbucks again.

The coffee I made in this brewer was so rich and flavorful that it wasn't overpowered by the almond milk creamer I added to it.

Makes pretty good coffee but it is overpriced, you pay a lot for the ninja name I guess. 2 star review because my carafe was defective out of the box. It would not keep the coffee hot and liquid got trapped between the two layers of metal. I contacted Ninja to get it replaced because it was brand new and they informed me that the carafe is not covered under warranty. What an absolute joke. For the price you pay from a company like Ninja to not warranty a brand new out of the box item bought from Best buy with proof of purchase is just ridiculous. Needless to say I returned it to Best buy, at least they are a good company.

Makes perfect coffee. Only downside, reusable coffee filter should be included.

After researching many lower and higher costing coffee makers, I selected the Ninja. This is a really great product that I highly recommend especially if you also have a tea drinker needing hot water. My wife loves this for her tea as well.

Everything it does, it does well. I won't list the features since you probably know them already. Instead, I'll list what I think are the disappointments: (1) frother doesn't heat milk, you need to nuke it first; (2) it doesn't accept reusable k-cups because it punctures the top in 3 places; (3) permanent cone filter is not included, is of a proprietary shape so after-market filters won't work, and is currently out-of-stock.

This coffee maker is fantastic. I was a little bit skeptical because we have always had a Keurig. Our most recent Keurig was a higher and one with a frother. This one is just so much better, the coffee taste better, and I love that the hot water nozzle is separate from the coffee maker nozzle so when you use hot water to make tea it doesn’t taste like coffee.
