Has all the options I was looking for in a coffee maker. It can make tea, KCup, and a carafe when I need it. Awesome buy!!!

Good for its purpose

Bad Coffee

If you load it up with sweeteners and cream, you'll probably be okay. I tried everything imaginable to get a decent cup of black coffee out of this machine and I found it incapable of doing so. After 6 months of trying, I gave up and bought an SCA certified home coffee machine and a Keurig for the pod people in my house, and I have been satisfied ever since. I like Ninja products. This one looks good, is well made, and has nice features, but it does not make good coffee. All the other stuff doesn't matter if it can't do that.

Excellent experience

My husband loves to take the quick k pod coffee just before leaving for work and I love the ground brew. I am happy we bought the dual brew and it gives excellent flavor. The price was a little too high but it was our very first coffee maker purchase and we didn’t want to settle for a less reputable brand

With this machine we can do both! I love the fact the machine has a seperate water line as we make tea and hot chocolate occasionally as well. We have been using this for 9 months now and will never go back to a Keurig.

I saw the ad for the Ninja coffee maker while Best Buy was advertising their extended Cyber Monday sale and it looked intriguing. My wife and I instantly fell in love with this product. The difference in sizes as well as the option of using k-cups or ground coffee is very useful for us and our everyday coffee needs. We highly recommend!
