My family absolutely love this coffee maker, we use it all the time. I love the milk foamer on the side it is really amazing. It’s also great for making tea as well.

Absolutely love it better then my old coffee maker

There are already tons of reviews on the net for this brand/type. Love the Hot water mode and built in frother. Only issue is when using the k-cups, make sure you buy a brand/cups that have a flat bottom. Otherwise the 3 needle injectors Wil not line up and explode all over the place.

I have bought several different coffee machines in the past, and this is my favorite. The set up was easy, and it completes your K-cup within 1 minute.

We use ours everyday. So easy to just get up and have a hot cup of coffee in a matter of a couple minutes. However, we keep having an issue with ours not brewing the correct amount we select. For example, if it’s on 12 oz, it only makes 8oz. They need to fix this issue. This is the second one we’ve had do this.

I actually haven't used this yet, but my brother loves his. I picked this one because it has the metal carafe. I don't like to use a hot plate because constant heating affects the coffee flavor.

This coffee maker replaced a similar Keurig one. The Ninja is much superior to the Keurig. The brewing options are much better and it is much faster. It is a little inconvenient removing the pod unit to brew a carafe, but otherwise it is a great machine.

My whole family is so happy with this coffee maker. Husband loves the kcup option, my daughter and I love the different single size coffe options with different brew options, love the thermal carafe. Only con is removing and kpod attachment but since this is due to safe space I preferred it like that.

The coffee system makes very good coffee and I’ve yet to try the customize coffees. The sleek look and compact design looks nice on our kitchen counter.

Great coffee maker whether you are using kcups or fresh ground coffee!! The only negative we can find is the carafe does not keep the coffee hot for too long. If you are allowing the coffee to sit for a while, buy a separate carafe.

I received this coffee maker as a Christmas gift and I really enjoy the dual functionality of using kcups or brew. I love the selections of strength/flavor. My only complaint is the grounds in the coffee when using the kcup function. For the price of this machine I wouldn't have expected this to be as big of an issue as it is.

Great machine! Took a little time to get used to changing between making a pot of coffee and then sing the kcup option, but it’s amazing to have both options. Not sure why Ninja does not include the reusable filter that can be purchased separately. For the price of the Navi e it should be included like with other higher end machines.

Bought this as a gift for my son and daughter-in-law and granddaughter for Christmas. They all drink, coffee and lattes and iced coffee's and this worked out perfect for all of them.
