I’ve had just the trusty old drip coffee machine for a couple years and it finally felt like I needed and upgrade so I could make my own fancy drinks. I love this coffee machine! It has all the settings I need and more.

We drink coffee multiple times a day. This pot allows for easy make of coffee within 10 minutes and the stainless steel carafe keeps the coffee pot for 4-6 hours.

This is a great coffee maker, but the stainless steel carafe didn't keep my coffee warm long enough. I got the same coffee maker with a glass carafe. The glass carafe model has a warming tray, and I'm very happy with it.

WORKS FLAWLESSLY, UNFORTUNATELY TOO TALL FOR MY CABINETS, LOVE THAT THE WATER RESERVOIR CAN BE MOVED AROUND FOR CONVENIENCE.

Frother and coffee machine as well as option to use Keurig cups. We had a frother a Keurig machine and regular coffee maker for multiple guests. This took the place of three different units

This machine is great. Replaces a total of three appliances. It's my coffee brewer, tea kettle and pod coffee brewer. The hot water dispenser dispenses water separately from the coffee with a twist of a button.

Love the style, the multifunctions. Perfect size and very easy to use and clean, I prefer to use the it with reusable filter.

A great coffee maker for the price and function - it took us a while to find the right coffee maker - this ninja model supports all our requirements- the garafe keeps the coffee hot for long time - I just wish it had a hot plate - overall a great coffee maker.

This is my second Ninja coffee brewing system. The first one I purchased had to be replaced under warranty for a water leak. Ninja was good about replacing it promptly with few questions asked. Here I am now, less than about a year after receiving my replacement and I am in a quandary as my coffee maker is having yet another issue. I am getting a 'steaming' from the grounds area and very little coffee is brewing through. I have attempted several times, with K-Cups, grounds, etc., with no luck. This is in addition to the fact that the K-Cup sensor is also faulty sporadically and it takes multiple opens/closes of the cover to get the unit to recognize I'm trying to brew a K-Cup and not a grounds cup/caraffe. In summary, although I love the taste of the coffee and the flexibility and simplicity of use, the fact that this system malfunctions frequently, and with a variety of different issues, I can't in good conscience recommend it at the price. I can buy several lesser-featured coffee systems for the same price, although a Hamilton Beach or Cuisinart is likely to last much longer so I will not have to purchase several. To add, I've had about three other Ninja systems I had purchase for offices I've worked in as well. Not of them had had great longevity either. I'm just overall disappointed with the quality in manufacturing of these Ninja systems. Seems to be a short-winded, expensive novelty for the countertop. (I'd have given only one star, but it was good while it lasted).

We've used this for the past week and love it! The flavor of the brewed coffee is much better than with our old coffee maker. It heats and brews quickly and the carafe keeps it hot for many hours without a burnt flavor. The hot water option is great.

Love my new coffee Machine, but miss the plug in and go features. Did my first descaling today and spent all day cleaning and resetting machine. Gone are the simple days! Instructions are not very clear for this “mature “ lady.

Love this maker have yet to use the milk frother but good quality so far love the fact that the carafe is not glass one less stress of it breaking overall

I was look for a replacement for my large Keurig and this one does everything and then some. I could not be happy.

It was great at the beginning but then it started pushing out coffee fast towards the end of the cup and it splatters everywhere. Idk if its a bad unit or not.

Boiling water function is not hot enough. Coffee maker with thermal carafe doesn't keep coffee warm for long. Shape of carafe leads to coffee on the counter when you pour so do it over the sink!

We love this and use it every day! K-cups and full pot of coffee taste great. Love the delay function for coffe to be ready when I get up.
