Alrhough I wasnlt thrilled that this machine broke after just 3 years. I purchased 2 others to replace it amd ended up rebuting the same one.

We have had this coffee pot for a little over a year and the sst caraffe is now leaking. The replacement price for this caraffe is $55 so pretty disappointed it only lasted a year. Other than that, a great coffee pot.

It’s a nice all in one machine. I like the hot water dispenser. The stainless carafe is a lot better than the glass one. No burnt coffee and it keeps the coffee hot for a while. Only downside, it brews a little slow.

I've given this product an 'excellent' just by looking at the product and having the salesman explain it to me. This was purchased as a gift so I will have to ask the recipient for their input.

The cafeteria is perfect in every aspect, but i really cannot hndertand why or how the lid of the jar doesn’t close at all. I have already done everything, but the cafe just stay hot for a maximum of 30min. I am sorry but this is ridiculos. There is no way of warn your coffee, you literally need to put hot water in the coffee to get the temperature back. I am returning the product exclusively for this reason, because if you dont mind to drink cold coffee, the cafeteria is amazing.

I thought I was going to be the only one using this. Turns out, I am always waiting for them to be done so I can use it. Be careful on what kind of water you put in.

GREAT PRODUCT. I LIKE THE ABILITY TO HAVE A VARIATY OF COFFEE MADE AT MY PREF. MY FAMILY ALSO LOVES TE OPTION TO MAKE TEA OR A FRAP BY JUST PRESSING A BUTTON. IT IS ALSO VERY COMPACT AND DOESNT TAKE UP MUCH SPACE

Reusable pods are not compatible, a stupid thing but oh well, someone at Ninja thought limiting usefulness could be a selling feature? I guess? Worse than that, the clearance in the pod area is so restrictive that many of the pods I would like to use will not fit. It’s as if the k-cup people paid Ninja to make only the official k-cup pods fit well. As others mention, grounds often end up in the cup. The only reason this gets 2 instead of 1 star is that it makes a fairly strong cup of coffee once you figure out how to make non–k-cup brand pods fit (if you can).

Love that it can make a single cup or a pot and that you can also use the hot water dispenser on the side for hot tea.

Nice to have an all-in-one solution, even if unnecessarily complex to change options. Thumbs down to no permanent filter being included and currently unavailable for purchase. Dispenser isn’t centered with mug platform, so expect a couple accidents at first

I've only had it about a month, the k cup works much better than the kuerig and I like not having a warming plate and glass carafe. Coffee stays hot in this carafe longer than I thought it would. Seems like a good purchase so far.

Well made and engineered coffee maker. Much better then the Keurig machine. We purchased 3 Keurig machines in two year period. Time will tell how well this machine holds up.

Makes good coffee, pretty quick. Frother works ok. Lots of options. Really like the hot water option

Bought this for my mother, it's been great. She loves that she can make a single cup and many flavors using k-cups or a full pot of coffee when company comes over.

Good quality machine, the only thing is that with the mug coffe splashes in my counter like the older version. I was hoping that would have been fixed by now. But really good machine

This is the nicest coffeemaker we've ever owned. Many features, easy to use. We especially like the foaming attachment and the ability to regulate the brew quantity.

I enjoy the ease of the k pod adapter and regular brew coffee , I wish the frother wand would heat the milk at the same time, in like the machine knows the weight of your cup so it doesnt over fill or spill

This is a great little machine for both pods and pots. Just wish the plate was a warmer also. The insulated pot is good just not great. It will keep your coffee warm for awhile just not hot.

I’m not really into keurig or pods however this allowed me to try those without having a whole another coffee machine. Really a big fan of ninja products
