Seem to buy a new coffee pot yearly this one is going strong. Love Ninja durability and quality

Don’t purchase this. I bought this November 2021 and within 3 months it was spewing coffee grounds into our coffee (mostly pods, but the Kraft too). We clean it regularly and have changed out pods to try. Ninja sent a new unit to try and make it right. Within a week, it was doing it again. Stick with a Kerug.

Coffee tastes great! I love that i can make a pot or just a cup. Its easy to use and I can set a time for my coffee to be made in the morning.

Great coffee maker for the price. Purchase this to replace my last coffee maker that lasted 10 years. Great replacement. The insulated carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours. Easy to use and set up. I usually make coffee with grounds. Great having the option to use pods for the family that comes to town and wants a cup of coffee later in the day. Kids love the frothing attachment as a hot chocolate stir.

Love my coffee maker. The hot water option is great for tea and hot chocolate, not to mention the frother.

Okay so I'm a coffee master. Managed coffee houses for 10 years plus. I love this Ninja. The Thermal Carafe is what really takes it over the top. Keurig function is really nice also

Exactly one year and a half old and it no longer works. Made my pit this morning and heard a loud pop and now it’s dead. What a waste of money. Does not keep coffee hot if you use the pot method.

I love this coffee maker. The special coffee option works great.

While it makes great coffee, the thermal carafe Needs to be improved. 3 hours later the coffee is luke warm. We are pouring our brewed coffee into the our old Cuisinart thermal carafe.

I like this coffeemaker. I switched from Keith after my sister in law suggested that we give Ninja a try. It works well and is compatible with pods and ground coffee.

Husband is very happy with this coffee maker. I paid a little more than other stores had it for, but no one had it in stock except Best Buy and they only had this one.

Pods are easy; we use it numerous times per day for that. Hot water dispenser is great for oatmeal in the morning. And the pot keeps coffee hot for hours!
