    So nice to wake up in the morning with any type of coffee/tea you desire. The isolated water dispenser is perfect to keep the coffee flavor out of the tea....

    I appreciate the ability to make anything from a k-cup to a full pot and having a built-in milk frother. My husband has been looking at something like this for a while now and I was able to get it at a great sale price.

    Best coffee pot ever! Love the thermal pot. Much better than a Keurig alone. Love having both options to do a cup or a pot.

    Not a thermal carafe. Does not have warming tray so coffee starts cooling down quickly.

    Customer service for ninja was great but had to exchange twice for malfunctioning. Love the hot water feature so you don’t taste the coffee

    I replaced a Keurig with this and love it. Would never go back. Love the separate hot water function that can deliver hot or boiling water without tasting like coffee at all.

    Love this machine! I do wish it had the best plate but the stainless carafe does keep the coffee hot for a decent amount of time.

    Exactly what you're looking for if you're a coffee drinker. I don't like having to use filters again personally, I'm hoping they come out with a filterless basket, that would be cool

    Having k-cup, grounds as well as the hot water options makes this a much better machine than our previous Ninja coffee maker. Definitely worth the extra money for the added benefits.

    Great coffee maker with many options for brew size and taste. The only negative I can give it, is the thermal carafe doesn't keep coffee hot for more than a couple hours due the lid having an opening at the top.
