Easy to use but the coffee pot do not keep the coffee hot.

Met all my expectations in a coffee maker for the home!! I use to spend up to $8-$10 per daily purchasing coffee from Dunkin…now I brew it at home. In a month it has paid for itself!!

Great coffee maker with many useful features. I recommend this machine!

Love my Ninja! The carafe keeps coffee warm all day, hot for a good couple hours without burning it like a normal hot plate burner. The frother lets me add a nice fancy touch to my morning coffee. I can delay my brew so it’s ready in the AM which makes rough mornings a little easier. The separate water line is pretty cool. Overall a nice upgrade from my Keurig Duo.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife who LOVES iced coffee. She absolutely loves this machine. Now she has iced coffee whenever she wants, and its perfect every time.

I got this for my wife who absolutely lives on coffee. She loves this machine. Ninja makes some awesome products. We love the versatility from k-cup to full insulated pot.

This is the second ninja coffee system we own we love them so much we needed one at the cabin. Love that it can make k-cup to a full pot of coffee plus make iced or specialty drinks.

I did watch a YouTube video to learn how to remove the K-cup attach so I could brew coffee in the the coffee pot. Overall love the Ninja!

I’ve had ninja coffee makers but recently moved and gave mine away. Best decision ever. Got to upgrade and now I get to use k cups in addition to brewed coffee.

this system worked great for 6 months and then only the pot part worked. The pods is why this unit was purchased. The frother is still working. I brought it in with a repair ticket, they told me all they would do is recycle it. So no support, no repair options. Do NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY

The Temperature could be hotter but overall a Great coffee maker

This coffee maker does both task of Making pots and single cups of coffee well.

coffe is good and hot and taste as good as if a Keurig breeed it

Very good with coffee options and excellent blend the milk for cream. Everything is good but one problem is the leak of coffee drop and something messy spread.

Was so excited to get this coffeemaker after our last one broke! Researched and read about all different ones and finally settled on this one because of it’s many features. Have had it now for 2 weeks and beyond disappointed!! Spent almost $200 on a coffee pot and the darn thing doesn’t keep my coffee hot!!! Never read anything(until after I bought it and husband threw away the box, ugh) that the thermal carafe doenst have a warming plate!! I have never owned a coffee maker without a warming plate because we like to drink coffee throughout the day! I feel like even when I make my first cup it’s not that hot and anytime after the initial first cup has to go in the microwave! Beyond irritated, mad and annoyed I did all this research and never once asked about that option figuring with all its other bells and whistles it SHOULD make a HOT cup of coffee!!
