Great machine. Right out of the box I tried a K-cup and a brewed pot. Easy to figure out. I am pleased with the footprint. Looking at it online, I assumed it was much bigger. It is sleek and does not take up a lot of space. It took the place of 2 machines on my counter. The same model with a glass carafe is $70 more on Amazon. Love the steel carafe!

Great coffee bar. From 1 cup to pot, it is always perfect. So easy to switch from pod to pot. If you enjoy specialty coffees, the attached frother is great and easy to clean. The movable water reservoir can be used in the side or behind the machine to save space. It also has a separate hot water dispenser for making instant foods.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Coffee Maker – I’m Never Go

The Ninja DualBrew PRO Specialty Coffee System has completely changed my coffee routine. From the moment I set it up, I was impressed—setup was incredibly easy, and it takes up surprisingly little counter space for such a versatile machine. One of my favorite features is the flexibility. I love that I can brew a single cup for myself or a full carafe when I’m hosting a larger group. The fact that it’s compatible with K-Cups (and other pods) makes it perfect for quick, easy servings, but I also really appreciate the included measuring cup when I want to brew grounds and customize my coffee. It runs quietly, which is a big plus, especially in the mornings, and cleanup is simple and hassle-free. Everything about this machine feels thoughtfully designed and user-friendly. Overall, this coffee system is truly exceptional. It checks every box—convenience, versatility, quality, and design. I’m beyond satisfied and can confidently say I’m never going back to my old coffee maker!

So far it has been an excellent coffee maker. My wife loves to make specialty coffees with it. It’s pretty easy to clean and use. The only draw back is it doesn’t keep the pitcher warm like many of the ones we’ve had before which is kind of a bummer when we host breakfasts for the family.

The Ninja DualBrew Pro has replaced my Keurig. I love that I have much more options with this coffee machine than just brewing a k-cup. I love my single-serve k-cups since I am the only coffee drinker in the house. This DualBrew brews the k-cups just like I'm used to. I also enjoy an occasional cappuccino with flavored syrups and the milk of my choice. The frother mixes the specialty drink together, but I wish the frother warmed the milk at the same time. The instructional book suggests microwaving the milk before frothing since it does not have a warming feature. Besides the inconvenience of having to use the microwave to mix up my morning drink, the Ninja DualBrew is a great product. On occasion, I have houseguests that also drink coffee, so brewing a whole carafe or half carafe of coffee is handy and saves on the waste of so many k-cups. The carafe is cold to the touch but somehow keeps the coffee warm for hours. When I went to pour my 2nd cup of coffee (nearly 2 hours later), the coffee was surprisingly still hot. The owner's guide mentions the warming plate on the machine, but I couldn't figure that out. Even without the warming plate, the coffee stayed warm. The machine is easy to set up and easy to use. There are multiple brewing options for the drink of your choice and the size of the brew. The machine came with a few filters but you can also order a reusable filter (sold separately). The top portion pulls out to interchange the k-cup feature and the filter feature when more coffee is needed. I love that there is a water reservoir so the machine is always ready. This machine is quick and easy, no matter which method of brewing you choose. I'm happy with my Keurig replacement and I've used k-cups for the past 10 years! I gave this 4 stars it would have been 5 if the frother would worm up the milk.

We've been using our new Ninja daily for a few weeks now and could not be happier with it. It's extremely well designed with a lot of function in a compact size. It's easy to use and even easier to clean. Best of all, it makes a fantastic cup of coffee. I like to use the 'rich' brew setting, and I can absolutely notice the difference. The frother/blender works better than I thought it would. Heat your milk for 45 seconds in the microwave, froth for about 15 seconds and your on the way to one tastey cappuccino. Could not recommend this all in one coffee maker more. Weve owned Ninja products in the past and they are quality made.

We've enjoyed this coffee maker but may have chosen differently if I'd read the specs more closely. *This model has a stainless steel carafe and NO heat plate. The CF301 has a glass carafe and a smart heat plate. The coffee stays hot in the insulated stainless carafe but not as well as the usual coffee machines. *The ground coffee uses a size 4 filter and doesn't come with a removable cone basket filter. You can buy one separately on other sites, which is ridiculous for a $260+ coffee machine. *The KCup feature is like playing with a transformer but once you figure out what pieces to remove, add, push in and lift, it's good. The KCup does spew and splash needlessly and requires a wipe down each time. The water isnt very hot for the KCups. Maybe it's just my machine. *Hot water feature is quick & easy! *The milk frother is not heated (not a steamer) but works great for cold drinks. It removes and cleans easily. It does have a Melissa & Doug feel to it, but it works. **Here's why it wasn't amazing....the amount of cups this model makes is much less than average. At the normal setting it makes only 8 cups!! On classic it's about 6. This would have been a deal breaker for me but the kids find this machine easy to use and they love it. It beeps when the coffee is done and the settings are easy to understand. *The list ounces on the water reservoir is very helpful. It's compact enough to throw in an RV. Definitely not worth the regular price but well worth it if you can get it half off. The coffee taste for brewing is amazingly better than other brand coffee machines.

This was a great value at a great price. I replaced my K brewers that each broke after a year. This machine is hard working and never fails. I bought the extended warranty, but have never used it. This machine is the best coffee maker I’ve ever had after committing to leave the other K brand. It’s still running fine, use it twice a day at least for coffee and tea. I love that you can make a cup or carafe. The hot water button turns easily and the machine provides hot water. Turn the button back for using K cups or slide the top and make coffee with fresh grounds in a cup or a carafe. You can decide between classic or rich brew. Many options for the size of your cup. It is so very simple to use. Makes great coffee, better than the K brand (which I swore by) and dependable too. I’m in my second year and it’s absolutely the best!! This is a quality machine!!!

I had all intentions on buying a fancy kuerig but decided to do a little research and see what else is out there with a smaller price tag. Watched a few comparison videos and decided I would try it out. I am totally hooked! Coffee taste is perfect, I am make a variety of carafe sizes depending on how much coffee I need or I can use a pod. I can also make tea with the flip of a switch or even some oatmeal. Froth a little whipping cream for my coffee. The only little down fall is you have to switch the top out to use a pod or coffee grounds. That is pretty much the only issue and it’s a minor. I recommend watching a couple of videos on YouTube to see all the things this great little machine can do. I did buy a gold coffee grounds basket so I don’t need to buy filters. 100% recommend this coffee machine. I have had it for a month now and use it every single day. Love love love.

We have tried all the functions now and are very pleased with each and everyone of them. We purchased this for the dual mode. We like our coffee stronger than most. Thought the single serve option would be great that like normal strength coffee. Pleasantly surprised that the single serve strength is adjustable too! Side water reservoir is one of two and is the one that works for our location best. Frother is easily accessed and is very efficient. Separate hot water for tea and soups is smart and appreciated. Coffee is delicious whether over ice, straight up, or any kind of fancafied! Cleaning is even easy.

I really like nearly everything about this coffee maker. Highlights are the multipurpose uses (coffee, tea, hot water), the different brewing styles, the milk frother, and the detachable water reservoir. Everything is easily cleanable and the scoop that attaches to the machine is also great. The design engineers definitely get 5 stars. Honestly, the only reason I didn’t rate it 5-stars overall is that I wished the coffee was hotter, and there is no way to adjust the temperature. If you want to make a quick cup that’s immediately drinkable, then this might not be a problem for you.

Best coffee maker I have had in years. I always buy another brand but when it came time for a replacement this one caught my eye. I love the frother, and yes it makes your coffee better. Also, as this one boils water I no longer need my tea kettle for afternoon tea.

This coffee maker looks good and makes a good pot of coffee. However, make sure you drink your coffee fast, as it doesnt bew hot enough and this version does not have a hot plate to keep your coffee hot. This is because the carafe is vacuum insulated. The carafe barely keeps the coffee hot for very long. Yeah, I could prime the carafe with boilng hot water, but how do I do that when i have it programmed to brew shortly before I wake up in the morning? Also of note, the carafe is not a 12 cup carafe. A standard cup of coffee is 6ozs, which would make a 12 cup carafe 72ozs. This is 60oz carafe which is only 10 cups. There is no way to adjust the temp of the water for making the coffee, though the hot water option does give you a choice, so they know how to it. The Kcup portion works well, producing a flavorful cup of coffee. Though, again, it doesnt seem to brew hot enough. It doesnt bother me that I can't use a reusable kcup pod as it does most people. Getting the clock set up took longer than it should of. The display would only give me the clock set option if I unplugged the machine and plugged it back in. That took several attempts as it would say the time is set, even while i was still adjusting the time. However, once the time was set, programming (aka delay) for it to brew at another time was pretty easy. Overall its a decent machine, it makes good coffee, it looks nice and can be really slim and compact by moving the water reservoir to the rear. Its just not quite ready for primetime. Maybe Ninja should of really focused on making good coffee before adding all the other extras. I also feel that should Ninja fix the issues with this machine, they should offer it to current owners for free or a ridiculously discounted price... as an apology. I may return for the "step down" version for the glass carafe and hot plate, or simply getting another Cuisinart (which is stupid easy to set up, can adjust water hotness, has a hot plate and a true 12 cup carafe.) Its a shame, i do like my Ninja blender and pressure cooker.

I’ll admit right up front that I’ve become a bit of a Ninja junkie in recent years -- from coffee makers, to blenders, to cookware, and miscellaneous kitchen tools -- I’ve been consistently impressed with their practical and smart design. This time around I went for an “upgrade” to an older Ninja coffee system I’ve had for a few years. To be fair, the older Ninja coffee maker is still working perfectly, it just wasn’t K-Cup capable and I wanted that flexibility and convenience and this is a little more compact than my older system. Being able to make tidy single-servings means my wife and kids, who are more casual coffee/cocoa/cider drinkers than I am, can pick exactly what they want and are more likely to make themselves a hot drink. I haven’t been disappointed -- I ran multiple brands and varieties of K-Cups through the Ninja DualBrew Pro, and it consistently kicked out a nice hot cup of coffee at about 160* in the cup. Features that stood out to me are the easy to read display, intuitive and simple touch system -- to cycle through options of how much water, type of brew, and delay brew -- and a “water only” mode where you can pick to dispense hot or boil, which works fantastic for brewing tea bags or if you need hot water for non-K-Cup hot chocolate or other instant hot beverage. The Ninja DualBrew Pro isn’t “small” by any stretch but it’s got a smart design on the water reservoir that lets you choose to place it on the the side for a configuration that’s a little wider but not as deep, OR swing it around to the back for a deeper but sleeker configuration. To top it off -- quite literally -- the Ninja DualBrew Pro has a frother for adding a coffee-shop touch of elegance on your beverage of choice, and then conveniently twists off for easy cleaning and then folds back to stay out of the way when you don’t need it. Although my family will use it almost exclusively for K-Cups, the Ninja DualBrew Pro comes with a high quality carafe and can quickly be switched to brew a full batch of coffee, handy for the upcoming Holidays (for example) when family and friends are over and other situations where it might make more sense to make a whole pot than individual servings.

I have become a huge fan of ninja brand. they have excellent customer service. this coffee pot went beyond my expectations. tons of really cool features and it looks sleek in my home.
