    It’s a good brand but I recommend you to get geek squad protection.

    Quirky setup instructions. To brew a pot, take the pod attachment out, add coffee, and slide the cover forward. Took sometime to figure this out. Frother is great. Display is great. Well worth the price.

    I like the versatility of being able to use K-cups, drip brew (with Thermal Carafe), separate hot water dispenser, a setting for ice coffee. and the various brewing styles. The frother is an added feature.

    Unfortunately, this coffee maker is not a good one. It's extremely finicky with what kind of cups or grounds you can use in it. If you don't get it right, it will overflow or explode the k-cups on you. We tried for a little while to work with it but after it blew up and burned a hand, we decided it was time to give up.
