Power shuts off

Needs Recall

I'm surprised there's not a recall on this! BE CAREFUL cleaning the stainless steel pot!

Replaced my coffee shop addiction

The frother does not get hot. The machine recommends you warm milk in the microwave while you have you coffee drip. Then you have to froth the milk. Super complicated. Not super versatile. I love all ninja products but not this one.

No Warming Plate!

I will be trying to return this for a model with the Keep Warm function. I never would have dreamt a $200 Ninja coffee maker wouldn’t have a hot plate

Not usable

It's extremely finicky with what kind of cups or grounds you can use in it. If you don't get it right, it will overflow or explode the k-cups on you. We tried for a little while to work with it but after it blew up and burned a hand, we decided it was time to give up.
