The coffee gets cold after 20 minutes of sitting in the kettle... Ninja what is going on.. Your old model was better... Dang iam so disappointed. I like my coffee. But this is crap... Dont buy

Unfortunately the one i got had an issue of spraying hot water at our face when opening the pod attachment and burned 2 family members I have since returned this item and went with a different product. Also had an issue with lots of grinds ending up in our cup after brewing.

Dispensed about 4oz when 12oz was selected

Dispensed less amount than selected. It was replaced since it was within warranty. I sent it back the next day after speaking to the troubleshooting team, but I didn't receive a replacement 2 weeks after.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Ninja ships with incorrect parts.
